Absolutely, It's gonna give me an idea about what I'm up against though, if I can find it and they can't, etc. PPLBM Jan 2010. DFD 2016.

gabriella - thanks - I do have a tendency to post for awhile, then lurk for awhile. Often simply because I don't feel like I have anything helpful to add. LOLMSE mum of DS(7), and DS(4) (and 2 adult DCs as well!)DFW Long haul supporters No 210:snow_grin Christmas 2013 is coming soon!!! :xmastree:0

Well its official, my first dealing with a DCA. Good ole Mackenzie Hall is up and running. CCCS have said they will pay them now instead of Pay Day Loan Company and have sent all the proposals, budget etc. Not a great deal elase to report to be honest.

Hi all, I have not been abducted by aliens!!!!
I am a very bad paddler:( but in a way good for me, all seems to be going really well so far (fingers crossed) 8 out of my 13 creditors have stopped interest and charges 3 of those sent me a letter stating they accepted the others just had amended the statements, some do still ask for the full amount due but have told me that is just on the statements and they do acknowledge and accept my situation and are happy with the payments, have had no phone calls or demanding letters at all, it is very quiet.
Life with my new budget is going well seem to be able to stick to it most of the time and even have the odd treat threw in, we are enjoying life again without the guilt. embarking on the dmp journey was the best decision and I have no regrets (apart from spending the money in the first place).
Anyway I hope things continue to run as smoothly in the future and hope all is going well for you lot.
Any of you newbies with doubts I say go for it , it is certainly not easy at the start with lots ups and downs and sick tummy's but once going it really is a weight lifted. We are enjoying life again and can make plans for the future.LBM - March 2010Paddle no. 15 :j0 -

Morning all
Pretty quiet here these days.
Louise, hope your plan is settling down.
Good luck to those of you considering UE. I'm way to frightened of the DMP being pulled from under me but wish you all the best!
I haven't had any responsive form the Hellifax. I read somewhere that they have to send you a statement legally every so often. Does anyone know. Mikon will probably have the info to hand, where is he?! Teds also a dab hand at searching. Any help gratefully received.
Have a good day everyone
