Here is something else to make you feel sick. They want a minimum payment next month of £2,460 they are having a laugh.
Its as simple as this.
They cannot have what I have not got.
Regards
Good grief, that is totally sick. Where do these people get off!!:mad:LBM Jan 2010. DFD 2016.
Paddle No. 5.
Debt at DMP start (May 1st '10) £54.9k, as of 1st Oct '11 £33.2k. 40% cleared.
(3 F & Fs down, 5 to go!) :T0 -
If the letter does not work. Then I will send a letter asking them to provide me with the original copy of the Credit Agreement and also asking them to take me to court so that a judge can make a judgement on the DMP.
Hopefully they will pass the debt off to a DCA I think they are front loading the debt and ramping it up before selling it on.
Toss Pots.

Yes, everytime you exceed your limit the credit agencies are informed, but if your on a DMP your credits trashed anyway. Personally it doesn't bother me because I do not want credit ever, ever again.I'm Debt Free :j 2/09/2013

Nothing much dmp wise to report here, got my latest barclaycard statement. Still adding 3% but no charges, so I won't complain. Like a lot you, I haven't received a statement from Cap1 in a while.
I have pulled out the big bag of debt paperwork from under the dressing gown. The plan is to sort it in some way.......:rotfl::rotfl:as if!
Can you do mine while you're at it please??

Morning all, having a rubbish day so far!
Had a day off work to do some baking becausey cupcake orders have taken off which is great, but had a call from
mercers (Barclays dca)saying they were arranging a door step collector.advised of dmpand cccs sent letter o. 21st may but thysaud they hadn't revieved anything from them.rang cccs who said not to worry! Think it is making
me ill now.
Cccs also asked for the account number for westcot as Santander have passed mr over to a dca. Rang westcot who said it was the Santander number, rang cccs who said that was wrong, ram westcott
who said cccs were
wrong, rang cccs who decided Santander are sending all the letters out on westcots behalf and they are aware of it and all payments should still go to Santander!
Feel super fed up now. Still 10 days to payday and have no money!
On the upside the enviromental health are coming to look at my kithen to register me as a proper cupcake business!LBM- may2010:A0 -
Good thanks Ted, and you?
I put a letter in last week to Halifax complaining about PPI and got a letter this morning saying they'll refund me :j , so I really need to drag folder out to check the figures on the letter are right - off to do that now while I'm on here. Amazing how a refund can make me drag folder out :rotfl:0 -
Thanks ted, it's just so annoying to keep ringing and never getting an answer.
I'm really pleased about the cupcakes,I have an orde for tonight which means I am able to go on a night out with work tonight, will be just what I need and help
me to feel normal!

Here is a letter regarding doorstep visits. I am with Barclaycard so I have my letters ready. Let me know how you get on and good luck with the cupcakes.
LETTER
Dear Sirs,
Account No: XXXXXXXX
Please be advised that I will only communicate with you in writing. I have noted your repeated attempts to contact me over the past few weeks and these have been duly logged by time and date. Should it be your intention to arrange a doorstep visit, please be advised that under OFT rules, you can only visit me at my home if you make an appointment and I have no wish to make such an appointment with you.
There is an implied license under English Common Law for people to be able to visit me on my property without express permission; the postman and people asking for directions etc (Armstrong v Sheppard & Short Ltd [1959] 2 QB 384. per Lord Evershed M.R.). Therefore take note that I revoke license under Common Law for you, or your representatives to visit me at my property and, if you do so, you will be liable to damages for a tort of trespass and action will be taken, including but not limited to, police attendance.
Yours faithfully

Mikon - I feel quite emotional reading your recent posts, it's incredible how far you've come since you first posted on here. You're a real inspiration, you've gone from huge anxiety, feeling overwhelmed and powerless (I really was worried about you back in the early days) to taking control and fighting back big style!
Well Done You! :T

Thank you for the kind words. £850 interest charges and next month they have forecast another £400. Were will it end.
CCCS are going to write and ask them to stop the interest but I do not hold out much hope.
I must say I have been on a little bit of a downer today I just think to myself that I am going out to work to pay the interest off that those greedy so and so are taking off me.
It will be interesting to see what the Chancellor, Chief Exec of CITI and the Banking Board Director say about the mammoth charges.
But they cannot have what I have not got.
I now relate to these capitalist protestors that you see at the G20 summit. I now understand why the wreck the banks I am not condoning violence of this type but the banks just want us to support them when they hit hard times but when the shoe is on the other foot they have no sympathy and just compound the problem by increasing the debt before selling it off to a DCA who then threaten to knock at your door. How they sleep at night is beyond me.
There I have had my rant.
Everyone have a good weekend and enjoy the match tonight.
