I am looking for a DMP filing clerk, to deal with the mountain of paperwork (mostly duplicates), the diary control (have to phone back certain banks on certain dates to keep DMP acceptance going) and general keep me filing tidy!!!

Unfortunately can't afford to pay anyone so guess what it'll be me then!!!

    Go Mikon, give em hell.

If you phone the Ombusman you can do a complaint over the phone, and then they write to the bank and send you a copy. Might as well go for the whole lot while you're at it..................

hope assorted injuries are OK and you all have had a good couple of days, been mad busy (possibly just mad) as a couple of diary malfunctions by a certain person's secretary caused untold chaos this week, I think I was meant to be in three places at one point.............

You go Mikon, you are so orginised and seem to know excatly what to do, i think we should all employ you to manage our DMP's and take over control, we could even redirect our mail to go straight to you! of course none of us can pay you but we will give you lots of compliments:D........go on, what do you say...........you know you want to:D:D:D:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Seriously Mikon you really are a very smart man, I would never think of anything like that, I would just rant and rant and rant, so do feel free if you see me giving off to tell me to get off my fat !!! and write to someone......(you will have to tell me who to write to though and word the letter too):D:D

Well I just knew it just when things were going smoothly Shiti stick a spanner in the works. They informed me today that they have rejected the offer CCCS have made even though they phoned me and tole me they had accepted. Got a statement today and they have charged me including charges and interest £450 + £398 from last month.

CITI Bank are a waste of space. CCCS inform me that they will pass the debt to a DCA who may stop the interest in 5 months.

In the interim I am writing a letter to the Chief Executive, The Chancellor and the FSA to show them how the banks treat people in debt.

CITI clearly do not support people who hit hard times.

If anyone knows the Chief Exec name please let me know.

    Regards

They have to get the poorest creditor vote after our experiences Mikon. They haven't hit me for masses of interest and charges but have just been one almighty pain in the derriere in terms of miscommunication.

    Letter to Shiti completed.

It is also being sent to the following people to show what this bank is capable of.

cc. Chancellor of the Exchequer the Rt Hon George Osborne
cc. Kenneth Clarke QC MP Secretary of State for Justice
cc. Eric Leenders Executive Director British Bankers Association

These 3 people should have an influence over the bank. The letter is addressed to Vikram Pandit CEO

In 2 months they have hit me for £850 in charges I wonder if I can claim these back.

    regards

My DMP paperwork is no longer under a dressing gown...

I pulled it all out, took out all the unneeded bits like envelpoes etc and burned them, including a CC that was never activated and expired 2 years ago, see how long I've been trying to straighten out my finances!

Then I stuffed it all into plastic pockets, wrapped it a pretty "bag for life" and hid it in the drawer under my bed that can only be opened if I move the bedside cabinet that is v heavy with my Jane Austin collection.....

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    It's a start!

Here is something else to make you feel sick. They want a minimum payment next month of £2,460 they are having a laugh.

    Its as simple as this.

They cannot have what I have not got.

Following the saga with CITI I have conducted extensive research on the company and have found this site very useful in obtaining addresses of head office.

    http://www.worksmart.org.uk/company/company.php?id=01375237

Very useful when writing letters to chief executives of banks.
