    Hi Guys

I'm fine, just missing DS and his trip is not plain sailing, so doing the Mommyworrywort thing, it will come to you all when they spread their wings and wander off across the world!

I've got loads of defaults Mama, was considering papering the downstairs loo with them and then remembered the financial situation is meant to be a big secret!!!! Would have made alarming and possibly bowel loosening reading in the loo????

:grouphug:More hugs PDD - Your DS will be very well equipped to deal with anything he encounters on his trip with you as his mummy he'll know just what to do!Especially if he is asked to participate in any team building / bonding PE!

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:excellent - bowel loosening reading material - :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Do I need to phone them or just save them for moments of need!?

    Evening all

PDD - Hope things get better for you.

Mamajojo - I received a default notice and a termination notice. I filed them CCCS were not interested. I believe it is a legal requirement and it is entered on your credit reference and remains on file for 6yrs it damages your credit rating but if your on a DMP you have agreed not to take any new credit out so the default notice should not effect you if the DMP lasts longer than 6 yrs that is my undertanding. In short just file it unless anyone else knows better.

Becoming a little expert on this DMP business.

    Regards

yup mama, I'm with Mikon on that one, I think the sooner they default the better, cos it takes 6 years to fall off.

thanks, DS is well equiped but can't help worrying, would actually like him here so I could slap him about the head, just to remind him!!!!

    Evening all!

havent been on for a couple of days cant believe how much there was to catch up on. hope everyone is well in dmp land.

not much news from me, still fighting the PD loans but starting to feel like they are threats and nothing else to be honest. barclays declined my offer but said they would pass on to their in house DCA and they will consider my offer. also the letter said to keep paying my offer incase they do accept it and they will refund the interest if accepted. its all a bit random but im just floating along not worrying about it for now.

on a high note i had changed my home insurance to halifax and got £50 credited to my account today, not really money in my pocket but i have paid £50 off my overdraft now lol.

im having a quite night in doing one of my 20p jigsaws from the car boot, not sure how many pieces are missing, the dog just ate one so theres definately one missing!

its all good fun isnt it???

I am quite calm really now it's all gone quiet, I am expecting it to kick off at some point but I'm enjoying the small mercies when they come :)

You will be a property tycoon soon with you monopoly!
