Hi can i jump on board to? Just joined cccs they are free right??? Awaiting dmp and paying token payments by on line banking not d debit is this ok or does it need to be postal order??????xx

All went well and I start in September - very excited to be teaching dinky ones, and looking forward to it despite the nerves and self doubt!!! Honestly can't remember when I've felt this positive about work!:D Just hope we can tweek our budget ok so we are not so badly strapped for cash each month and can actually afford an icecream or something if we venture out!

Santandurrr :mad:got us too Eyeopener- my cc is going fine - no bother and no interest - dh's which was also accepted continues to have interest applied - double the cccs payment despite various phone calls and assurances it would stop. Dh refused to phone says he cant be bothered and will phone at the weekend.

Just a question now - Got a default notice today - my first somehow or other - do you just ignore it or phone and say I'll be carrying on with my cccs monthly payment? Its M&S who have said they will accept and review in one year.

Welcome - I'm the same as PDD, online payments from an account they already had the details of and that was going into the dmp too so effectively closed.

True - I was thinking about doing avon as well, there is a thread for Avon I think it's on the up your income board? I posted on there but there was no-one near by for me, but they're really helpful if you pop over there, and make sure you let us know how you get on if you do start.

I'm fine, just missing DS and his trip is not plain sailing, so doing the Mommyworrywort thing, it will come to you all when they spread their wings and wander off across the world!

I've got loads of defaults Mama, was considering papering the downstairs loo with them and then remembered the financial situation is meant to be a big secret!!!! Would have made alarming and possibly bowel loosening reading in the loo????

I've put a rough draft of a letter together and thats going tomorrow recorded delivery. I will let you all know the response.

On a good note though I finally got a refund of £45 from a CC I had a credit balance on. (I mistakenly paid it to a closed account, its taken 2 months to get it back though!)
