Nataz well done.
Whilst we are on the subject of cars my insurance runs out in July by which time i probably will have default notices on my credit file. If i buy my insurance on line and pay monthly will my credit file be checked by the insurance company or not? I would have thought that if they do not receive the monthly payment via Direct Debit then they will stop the insurance does anyone have any experience of this the same applies to my house insurance.
Any help much appreciated.Mikon Riding the DMP Rollercoaster full of ups and downs but i will get to the end. :T:j

Sorry Mikon - no idea on this one - I'm thinking we'll just be letting the insurances roll as they comes up for renewall - hope they stay competitive.DMP mutual support thread member 371LBM Jan 2010DMP Paddle No 20 -
Pure Dead Dopey I hope so I seem to be a bit of a worrier, constant headaches and feeling sick.
I keep telling myself each day. The bottom line is that I am repaying my debts and I will clear them, but on my terms and not the banks. I have no more money to pay and we could not continue like this. So this is the best options, however it does not make me feel any better and then there is the DCA thats another worry. Where did life go so wrong.
Sorry everyone for being a bit of a doom and gloom but I need to talk about how I feel.
You'll be right Mikon - keep telling yourself what you are doing as you are so right, you will start feeling better soon honestly...5 months ago I was the same as you - now nothing usually turns my stomach but - couldn't eat, throwing up, couldn't sleep, stressed beyond belief before we decided DMP was the right way to go. You will feel better soon...DMP mutual support thread member 371LBM Jan 2010DMP Paddle No 20 -
gosh, loads of catching up to do!
Anyway.....
My free day out at the National Trust family fun day did NOT go to plan.....
We arrived before the bouncy castle and that were set up so went for a walk by the lough to see the old castle. Somehow, while playing with my 6yr old son, we got tangled up and were headed for a pile of nettles, then I heard the CRACK.....
I fell in a heap, much to my family's amusement until they realised all was not well....
Long story short, I fainted and passers by had to get someone from reception to drive down and pick us up and call an ambulance. The A&E was miles away and I had a whole can of gas and air and pain relief injection on the way. Surprisingly, the bone hadn't broken but I've torn ligaments very badly....:(
And I thought my back was sore last week?
OMG - poor you, what a nightmare LJM look after yourself, hope your little ones are good for you!DMP mutual support thread member 371LBM Jan 2010DMP Paddle No 20 -

Ooo just had a letter from Moorcroft offering me a 50% full and final! Shame I haven't got £280 lying around but if I could get them all to agree to half we'd be DF in about five minutes!!
Have shoved a load of stuff on ebay including a brand new wedding dress and if it sells I'll have enough to take them up on their 50% so keep fingers crossed for me please peeps!DMP mutual support thread member 371LBM Jan 2010DMP Paddle No 20 -

I haven't quite managed to list the dress I actually wore for our wedding last year, but it is pencilled on the list! I'll be heartbroken if I actually get broke enough to have to sell it!!
PS - if you need anything wedding-y please just ask - I've got tons of stuff from dresses to favour boxes that all need to go to new homesPaddle #8 DFW Nerd #12840 -
