ok weigh-in for me. the grand total of .......... 0 lbs. heyho. don't mind. I haven't put any on and have probably eaten a bit more this week and exercised less. although if I leant forward quite hard on the scales I could make it look like I lost 2 pounds heehee.

Well done Jo. I have gained 2lbs :( and I did lots of walking last week. Hoping now its a bit warmer I will eat more salads and fruit and get some exercise by gardening.

Dreary day here today, although it's trying hard to be nice! Wet on the ground, although it's not actually raining at the moment. Still, good for the plant life!

I had plans to do a real spring clean of the house today as no amount of flying seems to be doing the job this week. But can I be bothered? Besides, there's a race on in an hour, so maybe I should just wait till tomorrow!! :D

Hi Toots. hope the race doesn't get too frustrating.
one day you will just feel like doing the house and the energy will come together. till then just do what you have the will and the energy for and don't worry.

Rosie going on holiday is a very common time for putting on weight even with lots of walking. its impressive that you didn't put on more.
