seem to need to do bed in 2 stages at moment. room spinning again so back up will try again in a bit.
sounds like a good idea to see gp evenstar as its just another stress you've got going on.
I'm sorry too if I overstepped the mark. I do ramble on I know. think in the end all you can do is explore different ideas and options and then go with whatever feels right for you. no use doing something that makes no sense to you.

Hello everyone I'm back and have managed to catch up on all your news.
elly good luck at the bootsale hope you sell lots.

munchki congratulations on your move so sorry I missed your party.

babymoo so sad to hear your news my thoughts are with you.

moneymabel hope your seeds are peeping through lol.

jomo hope you are feeling better. Could it be an ear infection if so you may need antibiotics.

Paulab my thoughts and prayers are with you. Hope your gran is not suffering.

saucy big big hugs to you. Hope you can get the pain under control.

NLID well done you have achieved so much. I hope it goes really well for you.

Cagne great post. I feel the same way about this thread.

Mambury hope your cold is soon better.

Evenstar hope things get sorted out with your DD. Try not to worry too much as you will just make yourself ill. I know that this is easier said than done though. ((hugs))

Love and hugs to all I have not mentioned.

I had a wonderful time at Longleat and the weather was great.
The highlight of my visit was that I held a tarantula in my hand for about 3 minutes. All my family were shocked that I did it as I am terrified of spiders.

Today I have got to go on a St Georges day Parade with the beavers.
I really hate it and am hoping for a thunderstorm or something so it is called off lol.

I have been getting some worrying palpatations lately...I think its stress.....but we have a heart condition in our family where you can drop dead at any time cos of heart
My mum has it and shes 70 and diabetic so...but still worrying as i refused test to see if i had it
getting really bad flutters for past 2 weeks..think i will see GP on monday

Just a long-shot, but are you taking Triludan for hayfever?

If so, read the leaflet with it for some of the symptoms.

It felt like it was killing me with palpitations.

You are right that it is most likely stress though.

Hey guys, I'm here. Stressy rubbish week. One of those where you can see yourself going forward and then something happens to knock you right back down again :( And it coincided with the bit of the month where I always get 3 or 4 depressive days, so not been up to being good company, sorry.

Tried to work my way out of it yesterday with some good ol' manual labour in the garden. Moved a raised bed from a too shady spot with loads of ground elder to above where I buried my old mog a few weeks back. I was looking out of the kitchen window and seeing the paving slabs that I put down to stop foxes digging her up and it made me :( so I am hoping a nice bed full of stuff will help. OH is already calling it Kushka's garden :) Some of my seeds have started germinating, so hopefully it will soon be full of life rather than a reminder of death iykwim.

Hopefully it will brighten up later as we are hoping to do a family trip out somewhere.

2cats. you don't need to apologise. we were just a bit worried about you. sorry to hear about your difficult week. I think the garden idea is a lovely idea. kushka is a beautiful name and kushkas garden sounds lovely. Have a great day out with your family.

Elly good luck at the boot sale. I really admire your get up and go.
Mateypeeps its really kind of you to share that info. I hope you have managed to get it sorted out.
There are all sorts of reasons for palpitations including side effects from meds, even too much caffeine or being anaemic etc so def worth getting checked out esp with evenstars family history.
morning munchki -how was that lovely bed?!
