Everything Rosie!! Lol, bathroom is sparkling, livingroom not too bad (although I seem to keep gathering paperwork....) it's really the kitchen and bedrooms that are causing the problem. Two teenagers in the house who eat for Scotland, the kitchen seems like it's never tidy!

ok trying to think about making progress and looking for inspiration. I liked this blog post by Seth Godin. choose what you expose yourself too based on what you want from life. If you want to do something or behave in a certain way or feel something, expose yourself to people who are doing it or on there way to doing it not the people who are complaining that they can't do it. simple but like he says we have so much information coming in from all angles its easy to be indiscriminate about what we choose to look at, read and watch.

I've put the pound back on as well! Dribblers dieting is not going well .

Rosie is not mothering the puppy, shes mainly ignoring it but at least shes not aggresive which I was a bit concerned about-heres a photo of both of them

Toots this will make you laugh. A couple of years ago we had a Scots band to head the St Georges day parade and we were marching to Scotland the brave and Flower of Scotland. It really made me giggle.
