Fair enough :o Defo a good call on leaving them open 12+ months, shows stability.

Bit of a laugh, this creation lot. Sometimes they won't give any credit to someone with perfect history and low debt levels, and other times give out credit like candy to those with questionable history (me)... Meh.

I use flybe to fly over to belfast a lot, so was wondering if they take ages to give you a yes/no if you got it, or is it instant. Or does it take weeks for acceptance/refusal letter to arrive. Allready have a Saga CC.

If accepted you'll be told there and then with apr and limit, card takes about week to come through followed by the pin a couple of days later. If it's declined you'll be told there and then. If it needs looking at you'll get the 7-10 day notice saying they'll need to look at it, however you can ring and speak to someone for an answer( I did this on a sat at 6pm and got accepted) ;)
  • I tried for a creation card last week and got turned down. what are the chances of securing a different sygma card?

    hi guys,

    jjb arrived today
    so 4cards in 2weeks time :)

iam just wondering how many maximum sygma cards can a account holder have???

    creation---£2000
    flybe
    £2000
    silver
    £2000
    jjb
    £500(:()

I think JJB is geared towards lower limits, but the APR wasn't bad.. here's mine in the order I got them...

    FlyBe
    £2,000 -- 19.9% APR
    MaxiMiles
    £2,500 -- 29.9% APR
    Creation
    £2,000 -- 16.9% APR
    Accessory ----£2,000 -- 19.9% APR
    JJB
    £ 850 -- 18.9% APR

What were the APR's on yours? I can't see a link to a Silver card on their site - thought it got scrapped?

The first 2 were auto-accepts - the next 3 were manually underwritten....
I spent 25 years in the mobile industry, from 1994 to 2019. Worked for indies as well as the big networks, in their stores also in contact centres. I also hold a degree in telecoms engineering so I like to think I know what I’m talking about 😂

Don't bank on being able to actually use the reward points - that was my intention and now I've completely given up, haven't even used the free flight voucher you get when you open the account.

On the rare occasions I've found flights you can actually use it on, the "free" flight + taxes are usually more expensive than a standard flight + taxes! Yes, the free flight is more expensive than the normal flight!

can apply for silvermastercard or jjb as they are less criteria n less strict than flybe. But jjb is offering with low starting limits as i got only £500

That and it's got JJB written on it...
