You are so sweet, Weezl :) Seriously, it's your baby, you do what you feel needs doing, and I'll jump on when I've got a moment so I can tell you how great it is and mean it ;) :T

I've not been able to send that email yet - just gone utterly incoherent over the last few days :( So if Lesley (or anyone else) wants to go ahead in order we don't lose the moment, please do so !

(I've not been able to go online from home at all last few days, so not utd with Skype, so apologies if it's already been taken care of)

Tasks involve between now and saturday some looking at and general opinion giving on the test version of the new roll-out. (possible candidates: everyone!)
Maybe it's because I'm not on Skype but I'm totally lost about this.

Tried the red lentil pate today. It was the highest degree of nom. In the method I would probably say not to just leave it simmering but to keep checking in case it sticks to the bottom of the pan. I made a half quantity, which needed to simmer for about half an hour. I'm not sure it needs the balsamic, unless Kitty has some anyway, as it tasted equally delicious before it was added.
It should probably also come with a warning - do not taste while cooking, or there might not be much left by the end!!

I think the new monthly plan layout is good too.

One question though: Why is mayonaise a snack recipe on the monthly planner? Is it meant to go with something?

yes, it's not quite right is it.

they can have it with cloddies, sweetcorn fritters etc, or on bread with hummus or lentil pate as a snack, but yes it's not a snack in itself...

    Hmmmmn will ponder :)

    Thank you!
