I'm happy to lose any tips about weightloss, but people felt that would alienate some readers.
However you're saying (and those who have thanked your post) that this would alienate others.
So I guess that's a decision I have to make.

It's clearly a very sensitive subject, but then again, food often is. The problem Weezl is facing, though, is that we have several members here who have chosen to diet, and whatever rights or wrongs of that, it's their choice, and one they are entitled to. Weezl was simply trying to help them out by accomodating those who have chosen to diet within the plan.
Okay, they all happen to be women - but apart from a handful of partners who have been seduced onboard, so is every contributor to this thread, which does skew the figures a little !0 -

I think I'd better quit reading this thread now. i will continue to look at/adapt things from the site until your "diet" advice is added, and will cache the most useful recipes.
Again, I apologise if anyone feels i've been harsh.
I'm also sorry this has upset you.
I do feel you've been harsh (a little) so thank you I accept your apology, and I noted that you deleted the post which was very strong.
It would however, I feel, be better to stay around and only leave if we actually action something offensive? Since we've enjoyed working together to date. And thank you for the advice on the monitors

Just want to point out that I thank posts even if I disagree with them (unless I feel they are offensive), because I feel it's healthy ti encourage debate, and that it's a lot healthier to have any criticism or disagreements out rather than seething in !
Please don't get upset and start jumping to conclusions0 -

No I just meant that angelnicki thanked amber and doesn't usually, not that she shouldand so I took this to mean that ambers view was shared by others.
I'm not upset. A bit startled since I hadn't realised I had been inflammatory

I did not feel you were being an impediment. I do, however, feel that this subject is so sensitive for you that you have, perhaps, overreacted somewhat to the fact that some people here have view the issue differently.
But as this is something you feel so strongly about.... Isn't it better to try and educate people away from what you feel might be indoctrination rather than go off in a huff because they disagree with you ? We are all open-minded enough here, I think, to listen to another's point of view and take onboard their comments, even if we do not come over to their point of view.0 -
re: our meeting, Jenny are you able to download skype?

If you do, then we can have one of the meetings before your hols, tomorrow evening?

that just because only Shirley believes she needs to diet, she'd the only one who actually needs to! She's more likely NOT to need to, in fact, compared to her Bob, whoever he is.
Which is why I strongly believe you SHOULD NOT get involved in this, and should stick to providing balanced nutritional advice and teaching for EVERYONE
(ps i will be making strong statements again below, so i hope no-one takes it personally)
It is every Shirley's right to hate her body if she wants to, and to treat it as she wishes, to get engaged in the endless cycle (of which you are aware) of dieting, loss, regain, and misery (often caused by muscle loss due to very low calorie/no exercise plans); I would not wish to be involved in a project which suggested that this was either normal, or to be expected, which catering to dieter would automatically do.0
