I've done the typo in shepherdless and the onion thingie in onion tart...
Ermm what have you done for that as i cant see a difference:o
I've put that the weight of onions is the trimmed and peeled weight and that shirl needs to cook the onions until deep brown or she'll have too many for the dish.

Is that not what I was meant to do? :o:D

    hello wyebird :)

we missed you, hope you're ok.

was very interested, of the average £1.76 per day per child cost of a school dinner, what is the amount set aside as the cost of the meal itself, just the food rather than staff costs etc...?

oooh cool :) I have important friends :D

do you happen to also know how much cheaper the providers are able to obtain the raw materials than supermarket prices by doing it wholesale ie: is it roughly half supermarket prices?

Nationally (08/09) it was 73p (68p excluding drinking milk). Scotland have a higher average of 81p (73p), whereas England and Wales were 69p (65p), due to Scottish Parliament initiatives. This is an average of just under 70 authorities.
