Anyways, enough of this sensible recipe chat. What we really need to know is: which body part did ya pick Weezl? Ir hoping it r not a rude part as keeping ur troubles in ur rude bits might be bad.;).
given the recent emergence of kester, my rude bits have had their fair share of struggles of late ;)

of course! My dad and I have been drafting a full spec for mr arty :) Did you spot my question about whether he has prior knowledge of mysql or sql server? We are more likely to need the power of sql server, but knowing his technical background will really help :)

Lesley,:D I'm not sure if you're around to help with the kitty nutritional aspect ready for her roll out?

If you are willing/able to give any time to that, that would be great!

taka/anyone with a fairly good set of digi scales,

please please can I have the weight of a teaspoon of marmite/yeast extract?

Sounds like an odd thing to need urgently eh?!

    weezl - I got 8g for a teaspoon.

Also, the carrot cake with oil reduced down to 1/3 (makes a bit of a flatter cake, but still nice) is 1.5 WW Points per slice :). (less than Tesco Light Choices carrot cake slices!! :T :T)

I have just put a test batch in the oven using a the porridge recipe scaled down to one portion. Had to add a little extra oil. Fingers crossed :j
