Ok just made the nut butter as requested and i have to admit its not a favourite i only made a 1/4 of recipe as that was the amount of walnuts i had. It used a lot more oil than the 20mls it should have and for me its got a very claggy texture in mouth and whilst its not inedible i dont think i would try it again. (this is not for you to mother hen about Weezl)

This is just the things for Weezl to do. Apologies if some of the things have been done and not ticked off. These are done as they appeared on the thread not sure what ones you are actually doing but here goes.
1 Courgettes feedback was to go onto site
2 Info about omega 3 to go on to site
3 Onion tart you were to make clear whether the weight of onions was peeled or not. Also an explanation of how to cook onions if your flan dish cannot be used on hob was requested
4 To add Tias idea for leftover chicken onto Pinkhaleys leftover section
5 Intructions on how to poach a chicken were requested (maybe Arty could contribute6 Recipe requested for Croation salad (think this may have been done but cant see it blaming sleep deprivation if its there)
7 Correct spelling of marmite in method (an extra n has appeared)
8 Confirm that the fat content of veggie burgers is correct (a reader questioned it)
9Calzone onions need to be added to the sauce ingreds as its mentioned in method. Also no mention of when to add marmite to bechamel sauce
10 There was a request to have an index on planner so that people could see what there was instead of perhaps missing an important section inadvertantley(sp?)
11 For the chicken pie in method you say cut up breast perhaps just say chicken in case Shirl has used breast for something else and panics that other bits are no use
12 You asked me to try walnut butter but in planner you have said brazil nut is that correct?

Ok that is all i have for you at the moment there are still a few things that others have on the go with no time frame.
Still awaiting volunteers for changing the phrasing for the FAQ page, a breadcrumb biscuits tester, vegan pea soup tester and someone to put the Asda shopping list into Mysupermarket and note the diff in prices please. Anyone willing for these?
Let me know which ones have been done, which are scrapped etc and i will take them off the list
Any questions let me know as i said earlier i have cheese rind brains today xx

I meant to say earlier Weezl, I am glad you had a lovely time on holiday-why were you not expecting to?

I managed to not regress to a kind of petulant internal teenager with a veneer of niceness, but actually felt genuinely pleasant staying at my folks :). They are very nice and helpful, but families do have a habit of regressing us slightly don't they? ;) And also I think I hadn't built it up as much in my head because it was so last minute. And also because we managed to do 5 nights away from home much earlier on in Kessie's life than we did with fergie, so it felt like quite an achievement :)

I feel a right prat now - and that's quite apart from the whole "talking to yourself on this thread" issue. I think me joining facebook may have caused more problems than good - I steered clear from it cos I didn't want to run into the ex, and then when I finally went on, didn't take him long to track me down and comment randomly on my post on the CFR wall. Sorry, guys - this does mean that I will not really be able to contribute on there publicly.

Still, at least he liked the recipe, I suppose - could have been worse, trust me on that one....

I joined fb as Morag Lewis, with a hotmail addy in that name too, because I didn't want one or two people tracking me. Perhaps you could rejoin as an AE? ;)

I put the asda list into my supermarket a week or so again-not sure if it needs doing again?

And YES I am happy to write about poaching a chicken, now that I am an expert poacher;):D

    Hey,
I just dove right in on the old marmite-bread!
I made a third of a batch and used 2tsp of marmite dissolved into the water with the yeast. I guess that would be 6 tsp for the whole batch. I also made up a wash to go on half of my bread (which I made into rolls) with a tsp of marmite and some water, I wondered how it would go and I will let you know :)

completely off topic amusement i am having today:

Fergie can say 2 words, 'daddy' and 'yeah'

He is very agreeable so if you say a sentence with either of his words in it he repeats it.

    So:

Me: who shall change your poo nappy, mummy or daddy?'

    Fergie: 'daddy!'

Me: fergie, who's the loveliest one? Mummy yeah?'

    fergie: 'yeah!'
