the one in the centre:mk in milton keynes is horrendous for queues.
luckily they also have post and go machines which never seem to get used cos i think most people are scared of them and dont really know how to use them
but on the occassion i do need to go to the counter for something i have to allow at least 30mins of queueing time. at christmas(i knew its gonna be busy its christmas) i had to post a parcel to my brother in afghanistan, it took me 3 days because i kept running out of time so i had to keep going back. with the new system you have to take a ticket and wait for your number to be called and on the ticket it also tells you how many people there are infront of you and one day i had 62 people in front of me in the queue!!
also they have seperate tills for people using special delivery so effectively people posting by special delivery get to jump the queue which i think is totally unfair. at least when you had to queue up you could see your place in the queue and see it moving
the staff are pleasant enough but by the time i get to them i just want to get out of there asap!!0 -
