OMG FW, I was just thinking of renaming my diary and was pondering how I could add some Zen in the title. Great minds
It seems that your body is telling you loud and clear and you are clever enough to listen to it and appreciate how it affects other parts of your life as well. I would highly recommend a book by person in my signature. I think it is called: Peace is every step (available on Kindle)

It was done very mindfully and in the moment:rotfl:. Well done on not crying - I always do.
Btw, I also bought the Secret in Bulgarian - it turned out my sister has been doing it for decades but did't know what it is. People here were telling her it is the patronage of the Virgin Mary with which she obviously had a problem.

Hi SW. Last night I was really worried and my leg was hurting. Apart from that I was in really deep poo with my sister - was even told how silly I always was, from the minute I was born. Today have been for a walk but not long - to the veg market and back. And m in bed with my leg slightly high.

Labelling REALLY bugs me FW. You are not silly, you may have SAID something silly, you may have DONE something silly, this does not make you silly.
If you need something to throw back at them tell them Silly is an adjective not a noun, it's not your name. The favourites for attaching to me were stupid, useless and clumsy none of which I am either!

Oh dear, I fear that we are becoming clones of each other!
I recently found this person in Marru's signature when I was researching some buddhist philosophies. I came across a whole lot of videos by him. I was looking at Simple Mindfulness but this one caught my eye.

She really loves me, you know guys. We are very close now; my sis is quite a bit older than me. She was very stressed about me being in hospital and really doesn't like it when I push to the extent to which I can damage myself. My sister will lay down her life for me and for us.
Last night I had a horrid dream again; it was about my sis saying the she hates me. There was this crushing heaviness on my chest. When I told her, she said: 'You will not achieve what you can achieve till you think and worry about who loves you and likes you and who doesn't. You are and people are. But I love you, you know.'
Only, me being out of action a bit puts a lot of pressure on her and OH.
