CMD Hope tonight goes better for you hun and you get a good snooze in....

I've had a right 'mare lately with buying a parent facing pushchair off ebay, described as immaculate, bleeding thing was anything but, am taking it back tomorrow for a full refund, seller was getting shirty with me so i still plan on leaving negative feedback MUAHAHAHA!

Have ordered a brand new one (different brand/type) from boots though, and got double points so feel quite a bit better now but was such a stress....

In other news Ive managed to achieve my weight loss target (and exceed it by 2lbs) WHOOP WHOOP!!!

And have decided to amend my other challenge and want to get all my xmas shopping in for under £200 (which is sat upstairs).... Boots 3for2 here I come :)

  • It looks like everyone is doing fantastically! Well done for debt busting, fat busting and seller sorting out. Thanks guys for your kind words too

Tirl - as long as you are headed in the right direction it is all good! Just think about what you were doing a year ago and then thing how short a time ago that seems.

CMD - I went to Vienna, such a beautiful place, had a lovely time.

    Morning all,

What a good way to start the week. I am now under 14k as Virgin credited my account due to their mess up! That feels good, as this has been going on for ages!

Hopefully when I clear my RBS credit card they will give me a 0% offer and I can transfer a lot of the Virgin money out of that account, as the 0% on that runs out in November.

Am very happy today. Hope everyone else is in good form too :)

    How was your weekend?

I had a nice chilled one. My friend was here visiting and he hadn't met Max before.

Sounds like you had a nice weekend!

We had a really good one too. Bf's dad and brother came to visit and we went mountain biking. On Saturday, we did a 46km trail that took us for ages but only cos we had a load of trouble with our bikes. Only bf's bike survived without problems. The trail was a bit of a challenge to me, bit too technical at points, but I managed it all and was very proud of myself! Was totally knackered after though and didn't go on Sunday when only bf and his dad ventured out. Went with them though to the forest park and spend my time reading in the cafe. Was really really nice as bf hasn't been able to do anything for ages!

Sounds like a lovely weekend for you too! Wow 46km - that is some bicycle ride. You must be really fit. Do you get on well with your BF's parents? Any word from your ex lately?

Well, it did nearly kill me;my back was really achy afterwards and my quads useless. There would've been a short cut which I was thinking of taking but then got talked around. I'm very competitive and always want to be as good as the guys. :o

Yes, I get on well with them. I think they're are both very easy going and welcoming. Really nice people. Similar interests help as well.

I popped round a few weeks ago to give my ex his birthday card and a little present I had for him from Finland. Don't really keep in contact that often. I'm so happy with bf that it's kind of fading into the background.

Bf has an interview for a job in Bristol this Wednesday. It might not be a secondment now but he won't move there at least not before the first 6 months are up on this flat. It would start sometime in November. He did ask if I would move with him providing we still got on with each other and everything was good. I said yes. :)

Thanks CAFC. I do hope he gets the job, it would be a really good career progression option for him. They'd be fools not to take him and I don't see why they wouldn't.
