    Hello absent friends! ;)

I didn't get any of my weekend aims done - very naughty and bad! Went for a long walk on Saturday though but on Sunday just watched films and did food shopping so it wasn't as if I didn't have time....

    Hey CMD.
I have to say I haven't concentrated on debt busting full time since I started going out with bf and that's almost a year now. I still do my bit and keep to a tigh'ish budget but am not as absorbed in it. As I need to save money for the move now (no, haven't done much job hunting and no cv's sent/applications filled yet) I'm just paying minimum amounts. I think it'll be a tall order to get all of my debts paid of before the end of the year, but I won't want it to be dragging a lot longer either.

I can see why you don't want your debts hanging on any longer especially when you are on the final stretch.

I have posted my own personal aims for 2011/2012 re: getting rid of the debt, on my own diary. I just hope I can achieve them!

Hi guys - Tirl - why don't you start one since you were one of the first to post this year! Hopefully we can all join in again...

We are hoping to get a pension refund this year and pay off our debt with that - OH's pension from a previous company is being wound up.... The payout should more than cover it - may have some leftover towards either a second car or a new kitchen....
