No, it isn't really a straightfoward normal job offer thing. He works for company A who has a contract with company B. Company C which he applied for works with company A as well. But if company A loses the contract with company B and he's not permanently with company C, he might not have anywhere to go back to. So they're trying to arrange so he gets a permanent place with company C.
    Complicated...

Aw - she is a proper little girl now! If its any consolation I feel like Max is no longer the little tiny baby I had. He is very long so grew out of the babygrow stage far too quickly. He does revert back to being a baby when he has a bottle though.

I bet your DD still needs her Mammy though. Enjoy her very special day today :)

she can be very independant though. luckily she has always been really small (in 6-9months clothes at 1year) so she's always seemed like a baby. but she's suddenly spurted up. it is nice to see her becoming a big girl though

What do you have planned for her today?

Max is 7 months and he is in some tops and jeans for his age but in 12-18 month for baby grows!

You should take that as a marker of your extreme success as a mum......

She'll always owe you everything, and soon enough she'll be able to put that into words for you, at every age and stage in her life, she'll find a way to show you and tell you just how much you've done for her, and how much she loves and cherishes you xx
