    Hiya all!
To those who try to loose weight - don't get too hung up on the numbers. Take some measurements as well as muscle weighs more than fat but takes less space! And I'm sure you know this CAFC, but don't weigh yourself everyday. I used to flactuate sometimes by half a stone in couple of days. Do it once a week when you get up and haven't eaten anything yet.

    Good luck with everyones goals!

    Hi saving.
We're thinking of doing local council max card. I want to learn to front crawl properly (am very good at breast stroke but want to train for triathlon) and it also includes racket sports and we want to start badminton again with bf for the winter season. Why's exercise in places like gyms so expensive???

It was bf's last day of gym membership yesterday but he still had one buddy card so went for a swim/sauna/steam room and jacuzzi, was quite nice after all the moving business. :)

    sounds nice

Our gym has a hydrotherapy pool, a large pool and a smaller pool - but only been able to go in small pool with DD who is 7 so far which is frustrating! They both had their inductions today - had to insist that DS was to go on adult equipment as he is 5ft 4 and around 11 stone... their kids stuff was too small for him but mostly too big for her!! He did about an hour's workout and then about 20 minutes swimming so was pleased... Hopefully I can do a proper workout tomorrow
