I received a nice envelope this morning for supermarket ordered – in job done last month, but I have not been reimbursed the delivery charge yet. Has anyone got the charge refunded? I followed the required procedures sent by the end of last month by ABAi, but to no avail!!
    !:(

I got my refund no problem. Spoke to the supermarket CS and the refund went back to the debit card the following day. Very quick and easy.

Got a claim form etc to fill out following visits the other day but it's in PDF format. How do you get it to Tern? Do you just pop it in the post? Sorry, bit of technophobe here :o

Yes, you pop it in the post. The old-fashioned way! I don't even know how much a 1st class stamp is these days.

You can also email the form, fill it out and scan it, to the email address detailed on the form just before the signature section. I do.

Thank you. I wasnt going to claim all the costs, only a proportion. I sometimes need the car to do MS work.
At present I have been calculating petrol at cost and not 40p per mile. If the 40p includes all the above maintenance then I will recalculate my costings and add it on.

So you're going to add the 40p per mile to your petrol costs????? If i've read that wrong then i'm sorry, if not, then god help you when the taxman opens an enquiry due to excessive expenses. I work for HMRC in the Self assessment department and know that they investigate excessive expenses against small incomes. Will you be able to prove it all.

Thanks Tomla but I don't have a scanner. As my friend from London says, I'm in the South West and down here we still point when we see an aeroplane :rotfl:!
