I see these visits have N/A where the dates should be on the list. Help please as I have very little work programmed.
I've got the same in my area, and it's happened before. Looks like they aren't set up correctly. Last time this happened they disappeared and were re-listed a day later. Keep watching, or give them a call.0 -

Got a refund, the mos said 'ooh yes its definitely off' (it wasn't!!) and 'have i served you ok today?' Yes I really think they shuld change the scenarios as the stores are cottoning on
I agree: a change is long overdue! The job brief is virtually identical to the one being used well over six years ago. Until today, I hadn't done any of these jobs since the previous agency lost the contract (I was doing vast numbers - 56 in one week was my record). It felt like old times!Wow, some of you are doing really well. Now bear in mind that I've only been starting this up again over the last 3 weeks or so, but how do you think you are managing to get all this work? Is it a case of taking everything on offer (no matter how low the fee) and then you get offered better jobs, is it just being with a few really good agencies who always have a lot of work on? Is it just down to where you live - there are a lot of shops that need doing? Or is it just simply a case of you've been doing it for a lot longer than 3 weeks, have proved yourself to be reliable and get the reports in on time etc and you get repeat work that way? What gives you the 'X-Factor'?!!!!!
I had a frantic April and start of May. I am now scraping around for work, mostly because two of the companies I usually do a lot for are having a hard time with some of their major contracts. I am still keeping some momentum, but only by taking absolutely every urgent offer that comes my way and filling in with things like banks, cars and eggs. I am not really able to schedule the work very efficiently like this. I am hoping that next month will be better.
I had an interesting conversation with one MS company today: apparently the company concerned has identified some large-scale fraudulent reporting. Presumably, this is not confined to just this one company. It could explain why recently signed up assessors are having so much difficulty getting anything assigned to them. I was told that this company in particular is aiming to stick with their existing shoppers as far as possible at the moment.0 -
This doesn't seem worth posting in the alerts thread, but one of you may be interested:
There are grouped travel agent visits on Retail Active with a reasonable fee in at least one city (East Anglia).0 -
Anyone work for/ know anything about checkout uk? I got an email from them.
I've done quite a few jobs for them in the past (mainly video) and they have always been good fees and straightforward reports. If it weren't for mystery shopping I would never have discovered the joy of launch control.0 -
Lol don't apologise. The last 2 weeks have been good for me but I have only 1 job booked for next week.I did a bank the other week and the girl winked at me at the end of it.I thought it was just my charm and good looks at the time.:j
I did a bank job a few weeks ago and when I was greeted was asked "so, what's your scenario" I was rumbled before I hardly spoke!!:rotfl:0 -
Managed to get all my crisps done on Sunday but could not get pics off my trusty camera which I got off Ebay especially for the job. My card reader wouldn`t work so as I was ms`ing near Argos the next day I got a new one. I get home and that won`t work...next day back to Argos and guess what...still no joy. So last nite after loads of emails from the crisp company, I make it back to Argos 10 mins before closing and purchase the more expensive card reader. Yippee 5 days later have success,Crisps are a go go :j0

Not enjoying my first egg jobs though, hate the return part even though I have not had any problems yet. Can't believe they don't change the scenario, you would think the staff would have cottoned on by now!
I've done a lot over the last couple of days and nearly all the stores have had happy smiley people who couldn't do enough to help me. These were stores I've not done before. Makes you wonder if they have been tipped off. Here I go again on my own....0 -
The phone is a good one; I'm 'negotiating' with DH to take over his iPhone as he wants a newer one and I think that will really help me as I miss a lot of emails/alerts otherwise.
Oh no! I'm gunna have to start being quicker
proshopper - with these fraudulent reports I do wonder if this stems from the perceived belief that bad reports will get you sacked. I have seen new shoppers openly say "so even if it's a bad report I have to say it's good" which is completely the wrong attitude.0 -
suppose it depends on your morals. i had a phone shop for GAP that was apaulingly bad and i said so. they asked for more detail and i replied.
I haven't been sacked, but i wasn't going to lie about it.I get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!0
