Yes, it's certainly quiet here too and everyone seems to be pretty much in the same boat. I'm sure it will pick up again (fingers crossed).

well i also got a 20% payrise at work (i've been with the company a year through an agency who take 1/3 of what the company pay them. they get £125 a week to send me an email with my wage lol)

But my boss has managed to convince her boss to take me on a 3 month renewable contract. so, more money for me and better for them. think things are starting to look up for me at last. hasn't been a good year so far

Same here, keep thinking I have a day off and then the phone rings or can't help myself but to accept a job on line!

Not enjoying my first egg jobs though, hate the return part even though I have not had any problems yet. Can't believe they don't change the scenario, you would think the staff would have cottoned on by now!

Had a cringing bank job today, was offered a great fee (x3) to do it today so accepted but they were virtually waiting at the door for me!! I had the financial equivalent of the Gypburger floorshow..she called me by name about 30 times and it was as though she was going through the questionnaire when she was telling me about the accounts! Didn't help that the SA was cross eyed so really did not know where to look! :rotfl:

7 audits, 2 crisps, 1 supermarket and 1 pub to do tomorrow all before 1pm when I pick up my son from nursery.
  • did an egg job today! when i went back to return my "off" sandwich the staff member turned round to the staff member who had originally served me and hissed "you did ask her about membership didnt you??" hee hee think I was rumbled. Got a refund, the mos said 'ooh yes its definitely off' (it wasn't!!) and 'have i served you ok today?' Yes I really think they shuld change the scenarios as the stores are cottoning on

I did an electrical store yesterday and the service was definately too good to be true. . I wasn't alone for more than 30 seconds in the shop and the manger even accompanied me to find my purchase requirement... defo staged... not sure there's much you can do about it, apart from slip a few details into the report of course...
