Basically, I am one of those nasty people at the garage that tells you what's wrong with your car and how much it's going to cost to repair and give technical advice on the phone etc. When we "sell" technicians labour hours and get a percentage of what we sell. I have sold a hell of a lot this quarter but have opted to be paid at 0.7% instead of 0.6% just in case I can't keep in with the annual target. Probably still garbage!

Anyway, lets get on to today as I have had a very busy day and not been able to post much!

    Money in purse: £14.73
    Money in bank: £8.09
Bills still to pay: £7.20 - will do this tomorrow, my prescription
Petrol still needed: £0! :D Hopefully...
    Days til payday: 18

So todays MSE activity: a NSD for the first time in ages!!! To clarify, I class my NSD's as any NON ESSENTIAL purchases. So I wouldn't class buying bread or milk a spend day, but I class buying biscuits as one. Or I don't class buying fuel as a spend day but I do class chewing gum in the petrol station.

This post is taking me hours today as I'm watching classic darling buds of may on ITV 3. I have done pork curry in my slow cooker today with left over pork from sunday, and tomorrow we have jacket spuds with cheese, beans and tuna, yum yum! I have been very good today and resisted the urge to buy choccies in the shop, even when I went across to give them some change. Was really hungry today and couldn't stop eating all day. My boss laughs at me because he says I'm always eating. So I stuck with my twinks that I took in, packet of crisps, took bolognase to put on toast left over from lasagne last night. Got some for lunch tomorrow as well :)

    Urgh I'm knackered i'm afraid. Not a lot more to write...or energy...night...

Thanks Linzi, *waves* it always feels a bit weird rabbitting on to no one, (aside from Kel!) but little notes remind me others might be popping in too!

Paypal money from last week has cleared today so have transferred it into my every day account so I can PAD. Not sure what to where yet, have started getting bills in so am arranging my payments to over pay people etc.

It is my colleagues 50th birthday today, we have a banner to put up on his desk when he nips out with a customer in a bit ;) He's already mentioned how much he hates banners so am looking forward to that :rotfl:

DB is picking DD up form nursery today, I wanted to take her to the park yesterday after nursery but she hadn't slept all day and fell asleep in the car :( poor me. lol

Left over pork curry was lovely yesterday - must remember to do that more often with left overs.

I keep giggling to myself when I read that you've been eating Twinks.....poor twinks, she was the original hobnob person and you're now eating her....sorry, just makes me laugh:rotfl::rotfl: (Yes, I'm easily amused!!)
I really need to sort out a new signature!

Even just for me alone i reckon it is still reason enough to keep rabbiting!!! mmmm kept looking at rabbiting wondering if it should have 2 't's but after careful thought i have decided it doesnt really matter! :D:p;):)

I hope your colleague liked his banner!!!!!

I am making my first curry in the slow cooker next weds!!! Found out i like Balti curry so bought some sauce in a jar. Need to get some lamb and i am kind hoping i can stretch it to 3 meals worth for me and OH. Though worried there won't be enough sauce! We will see when it is cooked!!! :D

On the subject of curry, thats what Im having tonight :D got some chicken pieces from co op other day which i froze as were a bargain at £1.50 instead of £3, then just went sainsburys n got some 9p curry sauce and some basmati rice (boil in a bag as I cant do it otherwise, turns out like mush!!) I can cook really honest!! lol

I think I have just made my longest ever post rambling about nothing in particular!!

Wow Linzi that is a good deal on the chicken!
Milly I can't help it, I don't want to write hob nobs cos they're not, they're nicer, and i can't be a55ed to write "Twink's Hobnobs" everytime, so they're just Twinks now. Hope she doesn't mind if she reads this!!!

Kel I use curry pastes. My balti's go in the slow cooker with meat, chopped onions, curry paste and tin of tomatoes, plus a little bit of water, I'm out the house 11 1/2 hrs of the day and it can get a bit strange if water isn't added. Wasn't sure about Rabbiting either, then decided as it wan't actually a real word I could make it up!!!!

Right I'm going to do this now so I don't have to do this at home

    Money in purse: £7.74
    Money in bank: £21.02
    Bills still to pay: £0
    Petrol still needed: £0! :D

Today was most definately a spend day. Started this morning when I went to Mr T's before work with DD to get birthday card and banner and balloons for colleague's desk (£4.00), ended up buying her a Fifi magazine as well (£2.50). Also had to pay for my prescription as well (didn't go up in the budget, wohoo!). Paid for this cash out of my purse, then found £6.61 in my drawer while clearing it out! Have also saved the remaining "Birthday boy" balloons from pack to use for DSS's birthday next month.

Am going home to having jacket spuds with tuna, beans and cheese from my meal plan. Need to do washing up from yesterday as well...boo...

5 minutes to go then I can go home! I have eaten so many doughnuts etc today, don't know if I can manage Twinks when I get home! ;-)

Right, time to pack up, check my ebay last time and then go find DD who is hanging around somewhere with DB who picked her up. :)

Urgh don't want to work today! Just thinking of the over time, £85 for 6 hours work. And to be fair, I don't really have any jobs in today so it's £85 to sit on MSE all morning!

Trying to have a NSD today, although we need a roast chicken for tomorrow, might get OH to get this tomorrow as he seems to love Mr T's. I just want to go straight home from here and play with DD! Can't really use the garden ATM cos put mouse repellant stuff down and don't know if it's poisonous to children. Will read the bottle when I get home as we kept it just in case.

I am bored already...will keep posting as I am lonely here
