DM and I have done really well today, I can't believe it's only 3pm feel like we've done loads! (she says, sitting eating twinks and drinking tea
)
So today we have been to Scats, bought rodent repellant for my shrew problem. Thought they were voles but turns out I don't know what they look like. lol. Used DM's 5% discount card! DM bought chicken feed. Then we went to pick up OH's dry cleaning, didn't pay for parking in town as I jumped out and went to pick it up. Plus I got to keep his change :-P
We then came home had a cuppa and some twinks. We have washed up/tidied up kitchen, did a larder inventory, meal planned til payday (just got to buy roast chicken and roast beef), had nice roast pork sandwiches with apple sauce left over from sunday, chopped up the rest of the pork for pork curry tomorrow.
LOL, DM just wolf whistled at DD and she replied "NOT AT MY BUM". LOL
Sorry, little interjection there. Then we put the rodent repellant down in the garden and closed off some of the holes. Then went upstairs and I did the ironing while DM did the dollhouse roof. Nearly finished now, wohoo! I did my sneaky with the ironing, did the NON essential ironing (casual clothes) first so I knew I HAD to do the shirts, so I can't give up halfway through.
Still need to go through monies and budgets but might have a nap first, my last day off, back to being out of the house 7.15am til 6.45pm tomorrowboooo

Money in purse: £10.52
Money in bank: £8.09
Bills still to pay: £7.20
Petrol still needed: £0!Hopefully...
Days til payday: 19
Not sure where the extra money in my bank account came from, that appeared today with no explaination, nice but I wish it was £1000 instead of £1!!! The money in my purse came from OH's change...lol
Urgh back to work tomorrow, kinda looking forward to it in a way - in the way that my house won't get trashed constantly as we won't be here...that's a weird reason to want to get back to work, isn't it??? I have been getting up early last couple of days anyway so that shouldn't be an issue. Need to go to docs at 10.10 on Friday which I'm sure my boss will love, considering I've been off for a week! lol :rotfl:
Texted OH earlier to remind him about asking his boss ref fuel for my car, hope he remembered or I will have to use CC! I'll be annoyed with OH if his boss says no, OH told me to write it out of my budget this month and I used the money in Ikea.
Got to go get the washing in in a tic, looks gloomy out there but it's been warm ish and breezy, almost like thunder stormy? Just fell asleep with DD for about 20 minutes and woke up in a panic that it was raining!
I suppose I'd better get cooking dinner, I have it defrosted and just need to cook the mince and put it together now. Having lasagne tonight.
I'd really like to know why there have been HUGE lorries going up and down my little lane all day, the lane doesn't go anywhere and there is normally a locked gate that the farmer and council have a key for. These are HUGE lorries, seriously. Should walk up and have a look really but can't be a55ed. hehehe
Right off to make dinner, until tomorrow ladies/gents! Adios.Nothing to report as yet...give me a minute...!0 -

Oi that's not fair! Work is pretty easy today actually, I caught up with everything, emails, outstanding jobs, CSI, purges (sold another one today) about 11.30 and then just moved onto the days tasks. Boss gave me a sheet with my quarterly bonus on today at 0.7% but I have opted to take 0.6% just incase the work drops off later on in the year. This way if I do the target I will get a bigger payout in Jan, or if the work drops off, I will have enough "stored up" to accomodate and won't have money taken off me. Make sense???Nothing to report as yet...give me a minute...!0

Hehe makes no sense at all to someone like me who has never had anything to do with bonuses or commission!!!
Though for what it is worth it sounds good and seems like you are being very organised!!!Orange Fairy
