Josie - good luck in the new beginning. Sad but for the best i suppose.

I am trying to start watching Holby again! We were avid fans but then missed a few and then it has been 4 months down the line. My love of Joseph made me watch it recently so i think i may put it back on the sky + planner!!

Sounds like last night was a great night!!!!!!! LOL at being rubbish at word association!!!!

    Thanks for my birthday message!

Well well well. I'm sat down in front of the TV wondering if this is how life is going to be when not-so-OH moves out? I have made a batch of Twinks, but my nan phoned when I got in and set me off crying. It's ridiculous because it was sort of me that instigated this and I am more upset than him about it??? He sent me an email at work earlier saying about renting a flat for him when he has the kids "as they are all he has left". Imagine how that made me feel??? He has made absolutely no effort to try and save this relationship and I don't know what to do. I honestly am torn apart by this now, and feel like I am ruining his life. Ohhh life is so unfair.

Anyway, DFW side - nothing interesting. I am waiting for PPI refund to clear on Barclaycard then will transfer Evil C1 balance onto it and half the interest and then concentrate on Eggie.

For no reason other than curiosity I am just looking at cheap flights to hot places...would be lovely but a bit strange with just me and DD. Can't really concentrate on stuff at the moment, just feel crappy.

Right I am in a slightly better frame of mind today. Not-so-OH was on a course yesterday and today so was away last night. TBH, I was really lonely last night, so glad DM came over at 9pm to stay over. I was tidying DD's play kitchen! LOL Really don't know what I'm going to do moving forward, I desperately don't want sort-of-OH to be miserable because I really care about him, but we just can't seem to live together!

Just did an SOA in draft for my eyes only for single mother-hood, it's going to be tight but it looks like I can do it with a £250 contribution from sort-of-OH. This also covers the debts we have built up together.

One of my biggest expenses is my car, which is a big petrol estate car with 7 seats. I needed the 7 seats for when I have DSS and DSD, but if I won't be having them, I can get a small diesel car. Maintenence isn't a problem because of what I do, but I could potentially half my fuel/tax bill. Sort-of-OH has agreed to help me sell it and find me another one.

I think him and I need to sit down and each do a SOA to see where we need to allocate money around the place and who takes on paying what, problem is, everything is in my name so I need to keep control of it or it affects me only.

Big hugs Josie. Even though you know iti s for the best it must still be really sad. Especially with DSC involved. Will you still see them or cut the ties off completely?

Booo to everything being in your name

I hope you both get chance to sit down and work everything out regarding money

    More hugs again x

Well well well it's closer and closer every day til payday! Can't wait to start the month again with budgets and the such like. Normally I do a month's shop for meat, meals and supplies when I get paid. This month I am trying it a different way, I am doing it two weeks at a time - with trying to go at a lunch time as there is reduced meat, seeing as I freeze all my meat for the month anyway it doesn't make a difference if the date is short.

I think I may be able to get Evil Cap 1 paid off this month in full? I am awaiting £150 on my referrals card, which I can pay Cap 1 with, will throw about £200 of my wages at it, that just leaves about £40 more to find including the current interest. Just hope my referrals go through soon! If they're not on there soon, I will just leave £150 on there to pay when I get them.

Not-so-OH has said he wants to get the three smallest cards cleared before he moves out in July. It's all a bit wierd cos he's found a flat already and filled out the paperwork to move in. It seems quite sudden but the current tennants aren't moving out til mid July anyway, so we have plenty of time to "divide the CD's" etc. It's amazing, we're getting on better now than we were before, purely because we've acknowledged that we are crap together! lol

Him and DB3 have gone out shooting with their air rifles this evening, so I am left to do the washing up etc. Have put DD to bed after a fight with her getting her clean and de-sweated. Will wash up and then have myself a nice long soak in the tub.

Got my cucumbers in the ground today, as well as courgettes kindly donated by DM. Not-so-OH also bought be a mini greenhouse, except it's a MASSIVE one! It's only plastic covered but it's huge! That means I have been able to put the three tomato plants in there and the three pepper plants too. My strawberries are flowering as well, so should get some nice fruits from everything!

Right, time to go watering now the sun has everything shadowed now.

    Jx

Do you want any more tomato plants? I've still got loads in my greenhouse and I'm not going to get round to doing a boot fair for ages.

And I'll bring over some leeks on Wednesday and little one and I can plant them. She's really proud of "her" onions and garlic.

Next year we'll have your raised beds done, planted with potatoes and other crops. Good job you've got a freezer!:D

Child benefit has gone in this morning, which is quite early. Plus it's gone up by about £1. Well turns out I forgot to write that in my budget! So I've got more money than I thought! Wohoo! Anyway, so my income for the month looks like this: £1441 wages, £81 child benefit and £29 already in there/ebay sales, £1300 from not-so-OH. This covers his portion of the bills plus over payments, plus £300 for stuff he bought off the Next catalogue. After various bills and large over payments I should have £340 left over for groceries and "doing stuff" money. Have £17 in cc vouchers, which is £68 in Deals, and £150 in "free money" on my referrals card. These might not happen this month though so am not writing them into the budget just in case.
