500 Tesco Clubcard points for a £6.00 spend

I was wandering what happened to this thread lol. But in all honesty I can really see this being an unless you have your receipt or an unless you have visual proof you simply may never see the points added if and when you get your statement!.

Tesco know there own tos and then if challenged they should add the 500 points if advertised on a £1 cd\ cheap chart etc. So to try the they will be added later is nothing more than a we hope you loose your receipt line cos we screwed up and hope you forget it. Which many may well have done by now.

got my clubcard points and as expected they had not added my 500 points for the 2 cds I had bought.
I phoned clubcard and they said there is nothing they can do. I would not let it go and complained and was promised someone would sort it and call me back. That was a week ago and I am still waiting.
Not to be outdone I took the receipt to Tesco Customer Services desk and complained and she put the points on immediately.
they better not take them back.

So the motto is - don't drop it, keep on till you get your points.
