Popped down to dchuramans Tesco today and they still had about half a shelf of forever love (about 50). The white SEL showed £1 but no 500 point label. I took 2 anyway and took 2 £4.00 Kings of Leon CD'S and 1000 points were added to my(self scanned)receipt. Then I went back in and got another 8 copies of Forever love costing £8.00 and received another 2000 points worth £20 or £80 in deals. All the forever love cd's will end up at my schools summer fete and local Charity Shop and I will be taking the family on lots of days out in the summer hols.Still virtually alcohol free since 4/1/15. (10 Xmas/ New Year/Birthday drinks)
It takes 3500 calories to lose a pound in weight. Target 13 lbs weight loss. 18.5lbs lost 2nd May - 28 September.0 -

Just been to Bursledon (Southampton) loads of forever love CD's on the end of the CD aisle and they went through on the offer.
Also picked up some PC games with 250 points on and cost under £5.
Also spotted some DS/Wii games for £10 and under with 250 points on also.
The charity shop shall do well out of my forever love CD's!!0 -
urgh, i shall try the other tesco extra tomorrow, though that's my last attempt! I swear...lol0

Went in this morning to pick up a few cheap CDs with mega points and very nearly paid way over the price I was expecting.
I picked up a CD sitting above a £3 price tag and noticed the same CD on another shelf priced at £9.97. Looking (squinting) further, the £3 tag was for a completely different CD. So being a good customer, I moved it to its correct location. I noticed a few of these so not wanting to confuse myself, moved the other CDs as well.
Having taken a look at the DVDs and games, I came back about 10 mins later to find that three of the CDs I had moved, had been moved back into what were empty spaces, in each case above a £3.00 or £3.50 price tag. There was also a Tesco assistant rearranging the CDs on the next rack so it wasn't difficult to work out the culprit.
I went to the desk to point out that several of the CDs have been put above price tags that are significantly cheaper than the real price and she blamed 'customers not putting them back properly'. When I pointed out that her assistant had moved them back into the spaces, she admitted that they DO have a policy of 'Gap Filling'.
So the moral is, don't trust the price tags on the shelves without looking at the very small print above them as Tesco's are actively placing CDs in racks above misleadingly low prices.0 -
Here is a thought, if they cant pull the £1cd off the offer and simply pull the stock off the shelf and online etc. Whats to stop people taking the £1 cd's they have already bought into tesco and re-scanning them at the self service?. Can they stop you paying for an item twice?.
Probably cos the annoying voice will keep telling you to "place the item in the baging area" unless you have a few spare CDs with you to keep it happy.0 -
