thats really strange then, i can still see it fine and add 2 to my basket. i wonder why its not available for some people. can you see it on the tesco entertainment site? i dont know if it qualifies for the offer on that site though. apparently bonus points are not shown on the entertainment site, they just appear, but there is no way of telling

ive just tried it in 3 different web browsers and all of them i can add the cds, sorry i dont know what happening. you could try opening a new account to see if that works?

Groceries tab at top of page, hover on homewars, click on CD's, and first item is running songs. Click on the yellow offer 500 points. Then pick 2 of them.

ETA, new site, still there at checkout, I've yet to pay cos I now need to get food....

I just phoned Tesco customer services about why I can't see this offer online, and they spoke to the technical department for me.

Two things:

First - they're moving accounts over from the old site to the new site in random stages - so if you can only see the old site it's because your account hasn't been moved over yet. They are moving them over in random batches over a period of time so can't say when individual accounts will be moved over to the new site.

Secondly there is a problem with this promotion on BOTH old and new websites, which they are aware of and are working on as a priority but can't say when it will be fixed.

On the OLD website you don't see the promotion at all.

On the NEW website there is a problem with the terms and conditions which they say means you won't get the points when it gets to the checkout.

(I can't verify the last bit about the new website not giving these points because I'm stuck on the old website and they can't tell me when I will be randomly transferred to the new website).

possibly, do you mind if i ask what your closest Tesco Extra store is, ill make an account with a postcode near it and see if it shows then lol
