Oh well, gave it a bash, just gives me the old site lol. I give up, nevermind0

Re my post above - Tesco Customer Services are saying you won't get the points even on the new site despite them showing in your basket - and when they fix that on the new site they will also fix the old site - so by the time it's fixed you will be able to order on the old site anyway.0

Still no help to us, i very VERY much doubt they're going to give us the £1 Forever Love cd back again...
So unless you can get in store and buy it (where the points are added straight away) then us online are left out. I sound like a stuck record don't I, I should find something more productive to do instead of refreshing this thread haha0 -
I posted the Forever Love glitch on another forum on sunday, No Bargin chart CD's are in the offer but the "FOREVER LOVE" CD is in the Compilations Chart aswell, so it triggers the promo.
Making a online order with tesco grocery depends on the stock held by the store that delivers your order. If you don't have a Xtra Store that delivers to you, chances are you won't get all the cd's in the offer.
If you make an order chances are when they pick your order from the shelves most of the cheap CD'S will have gone.
The Charts change so the CD's, DVD's and Games will change
Be Paitent the offer is on until the april 11 or until tesco's Pull it.0 -
True - but it's just to inform people who are trying to get this offer online and are wasting their time setting up new accounts when they just won't get the offer online at the moment anyway.
I've been down to my local store and bought some CD's/DVD's I wanted anyway and got 1000 points. However, a lot of the shelves were empty - pretty much all the cheaper CD's were gone - and I'd rather buy online than keep on going back in.0 -

Saying the Exact thing Jessicar just trying to save people from missing out, as you say the shelves are empty so they won't get them even if they do order.
Also bare in mind that last friday was payday for people who get payed monthly so people will spend big on this and go without next month.0 -
slightly off topic, but just a quick question, we did an online shop on saturday which got delivered yesterday, but how long do normal clubcard points take to appear online in the account section? we were due about 130 which havent shown up yet, do they take a while?0

Yes, but my point was that the Tesco Technical Support department are currently advising that even if the points show in your basket and your branch have the stock - there's a technical problem with the terms and conditions which mean the points won't be added online onto your account.
So even if you did manage to place an order online and had them delivered, I would check your account to see if you actually got the points.0 -
Here is a thought, if they cant pull the £1cd off the offer and simply pull the stock off the shelf and online etc. Whats to stop people taking the £1 cd's they have already bought into tesco and re-scanning them at the self service?. Can they stop you paying for an item twice?.0
