I do have a top tip (which is also surprisingly cheap)! Mr T's Herbal slimming aid tablets - cost about £4 for 60. I thought oh I'll have a go, but they are brilliant, total appetite surpressants

Morning!!

I really did wake up on the right side of the bed this morning, am in a fabulous mood !

Had a really lovely day yesterday, spent most of the afternoon with SIL after her interview - a wander around the Eden Project, a bit of shopping, a nice (healthy coz she's a veggie) lunch with a lovely spritzer and a nose around her new house!

Feeling very up for the challenge today, shame I'm working for most of it :rotfl: really enjoying my new morning routine - get up, DB to school, home, coffee, SlimFast, rowing and a bit of yoga! SIL has suggested having a go at Hannah Waterman's fitness DVD apparently its a killer but really effective so I might have a pop on Amazon this afternoon and see if I can get hold of a copy.

It sounds like the weather is going to be pretty pants over the bank holiday weekend so I'm thinking I might be able to crack on with decorating the bedroom without the lure of the sunshine!! Although with weather like this I do regret getting rid of my tumble dryer in a fit of frugalness - Mount Washmore is ever increasing :rotfl:

Ooo am hurting lots - that means its working right?

I bought In Style magazine yesterday just to get the free nail varnish (I got the "Beach" one, sort of a reddy/coral colour) so have just painted my nails in an effort to start breathing again after all that rowing.... but anyway, I think I miss the point of that magazine, don't think I'll buy it again unless it has another really good freebie with it :rotfl: its no wonder I'm in debt, I'm just so impulsive!

DH is trying to convince me to get a sensible car, booo! I can't disagree with him that it will save lots of money (cheaper insurance/tax/blah) but sensible cars really are boring!! I expect I'll give in, my frugalness will overtake my sense of fun lol!!

I've had a nice sleep I feel ok you just get run down with numbers and feel sad about situations x how is everyone what's weekend plans x
