Have just done half an hour on DH's rower! Its a lovely machine, very easy to use, I'll definitely be keeping that up!! Will be adding "reach size 10" to my list of daydreams

Morning!
So far this morning, I've walked the dog, rowed a couple of hundred metres, made enquiries about going to a yoga class three times a week and taken the vital measurements to work out what dress size I am now. Turns out I'm a 16, so thats three dress sizes I need to loose :eek: on the plus side I actually really like strawberry SlimFast :rotfl:
The plan for the rest of the day is a trip to Mr T's to buy quorn and carrots and other food that is condusive to weight loss, a trip to the Eden Project with my sister in law because she's got an interview (clever girl), do some filing and maybe buy the gorgeous maxi dress I spotted in New Look yesterday in a size 10 just for that extra bit of inspiration!

My father in laws got the all clear they were ?
