Cant say i've ever come across that dance company? But then again its not something i've even thought about. My w2b used to dance when she was younger so she's ok, i'll just have to get her to give me some practice/tips so it doesnt look like she's leading me lol.
Any ideas on the song for your first dance?? We met at a bar, sing meat loaf to each other lol cant really use ''paradise by the dashboard light'' ha haWedding day is 26th Aug 2011 and counting!
Baby Casey arrived 2nd April 2011:j:T0 -
OH and I cannot agree on our 1st dance song as yet as we have quite different music tastes but hopefully we will both agree on a song we both like before the wedding!
We booked our honeymoon at the weekend, we are going to Croatia for a week in a 5 star hotel starting a week after wedding so will have to go back to work between wedding and honeymoon but don't mind that.0 -
Congratulations MrO I hope your W2B has a healty pregnancy and I hope your new arrival brings you all the love and happieness you could wish for

Hi all- I'm getting married on 18 Aug 2011. I'm already feeling a bit behind my friends in terms of planning who are getting married in 2012!!
Got venue (package deal which includes catering, rooms in hotel and flowers for the tables)/registrar/photographer (a friend) sorted. Have a dress maker hopefully sorting my dress (dress I found in a shop was too expensive, so have found a dress maker who hopefully will be making something v similar to my exact size- saving at least £300).
Now when do I need to book someone to do make-up/hair on the day by? Any tips for finding someone? I'm in the Leeds area.
I'm having 7(!!!) bridesmaids (late teens- adult age) - will be scanning high street shops for dresses in the sales- but any tips anyone has on saving costs here would be appreciated too!
Also chair covers- any recommendations on companies to go with? How soon do you need to book these by?
Was good to read about dance lessons- hadn't thought of that. Although £60 for a 1 hour lesson seems really steep. If I could find someone who could give an hours lesson for half that, I'd consider it...
Any help/info gratefully recieved! Thanks0 -
Hey Sars10!
Firstly congratulations :-)
I am getting married on the 13th! And don't worry about the planning things...it will all fall into place (that's what I am hoping anyway!). You will find that there are days when you get loads planned etc and there are days where you are not so productive!
Where abouts are you for dance lessons and I will have a think for you?

Thanks SamW and congrats to you too

I live in Leeds. Done a quick search on google and found "first wedding dance 2 to Tango" which covers my area (can't post link as it won't let me)
Think I need to email them for prices though...0
