Thankyou so much Aussielass - he's so beautiful - you've edited it well too. The shot so sweet particularly when it goes 'I see skie's so blue' - when he's in the bathtub :A

((((Hugs)))) Lillibet ... I think you sound like a brilliant mum :D ... and also, can I join the "completely fallen off the wagon club" please? ... I always budget significantly more food money at this time of year cos I can't be bothered to cook regularly when it's warm ... This week I have had an expensive takeaway breakfast AND lunch EVERY DAY :o ... It wouldn't be getting to me if it wasn't for the fact that I have a freezer crammed full of bargains and I want to use most of it up by the time I move house ... Speaking of which, I've just been sorting out a mistake by the HA ... I received a letter from them yesterday saying "Thank you for your confirmation of acceptance and your reservations deposit - please find enclosed the particulars of your proposed purchase" ... except nothing was enclosed, except for an identical second copy of the covering letter  ... Had to phone up the HA saying could they please make sure they send me the right information, as well as making sure that whoever the second copy of the letter should have gone to, has received it! ... Anyway ... see you later ... Rzl xx

Have a good day at Gulliver's world TM & Nels. Let me know what its like and if it is suitable for a 10-yr old and a 7-yr old. Not too worried about the 7yo but will the 10yo think its too young?

    .

Thanks chick - I went a few weeks ago with my god daughter whos coming up for 11 and she had a great time - there are a couple of what I would say are more scary rides and things like log flumes and dodgems which the older ones seem to love ( l still love it and im 41 but hey i guess that doesnt tell you much:D I just love to feel the wind in my flowing blue hair:rotfl: )

Rzl - Im with you on this one - if we are scared by the threat then they have won without even trying. I will be flying 6 times in the next 3 weeks (all internal part from IOM) and there is no way i will be cancelling them though I will be buying some see through carrier bags:rolleyes:

Lillibet - You beat yourself up too much hun - I remember you worrying about this before spud was born too - if OS becomes a trial then I think you should leave it until you have the inclination to get back into it (theres not a lot wrong with buying shop bread really lets be honest ;) )

Aussie that was gorgeous - it almost made me maternal but a good spell with the Ticklemice today should put that one to bed !!! You look like a lovely family and would love to meet you:j

Heres a quick web cam of me btw for those of you lovely peeps missing my mug:cool: :rotfl:

Lillibet - Firstly HUGE ((((hugs)))) to you.
You certainly don't need a kick up the ... right now. You are exhausted for a number of reasons. Firstly a little one drains you maore than you can ever describe. I know they are well worth it, but they do drain every last bit of reserve - and more - from you.
Secondly you are obviously VERY stressed - and this in itself leads to exhaustion. You are unlikely to move forward unless you tackle the job of making you feel better. You've obviously got lots of moral support on here so do share EVERYTHING that bugs you - and no 'hiding' the bits that you're most ashamed of. Odds are it's those bits that are making you so tired.
I think you're best bet is firstly to get hold of your HV. There's actually quite a bit of support out there for parents of little uns - see what she can offer, and if it's not enough go see your GP.
Are you open minded? If you are then I'll tell you about something else I tried that helped me enormously - I'm a bit shy of saying straight off incase everyone thinks I'm barking, lol.
Whatever route you take I wish you all the strength you need to tackle what is upsetting you.

13_10_3.gif To Tootles! Hope you have a lovely day :D

Aussie Lass - loved the montage, absolutely brilliant!

Churchmouse - could think of lots of comments re last night, but daren't post them :D I take it a few more bits from the 'I want' list are now in the bag.....:p

I'm sure there was more I wanted to say to others but my mind has gone blank!

I'm sat in my PJ's still, so I'm not a very good OS'er today I'm afraid. However DS1 has been despatched to Lakeland to buy my jelly net so we can make some jam/jelly from the blackberries. Also read about the lemon curd last night - don't tell DS1 (it's his fav) but I may have a go of that too!

My main aim today is to tackle mount ironing - can't fit it in the baskets anymore
I do need to sort my finances soon too - but am drowning in so many 'must do's that I never do it.... And before anyone says I shouldn't spend so much time on here, I probably would just do something else instead. TBH I've got myself in a few messes by spending so much time sorting the garden....
But, I am doing a lot better than I used to - so that's something?
Hope you all have a good day,
    Kaz x

but still wanted to come on here and wish A
    HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO TOOTLES!:T

lillibet - hugs, yes dont be too hard on yrself - so whats the big deal with making bread and yoghurt - I tried bm but to be honest my lot prefer the sliced shopbought - and sometimes it doesnt work out any cheaper doing it yrself. To be honest there are more important things in life to worry about
(of which im trying to cope with at the moment)

    aussielass - lovely montage!

kazonline - i'd be interested to hear else you have tried - i wont think your barking mad.

    happy birthday Tootles!
I'd advise against eating all of the cakes you've been given here though... well, at least all at once ;)

This airport thing has gotten me more than a bit worried. We're due to fly to Australia in just over 3 weeks, my BF is more than a bit nervous of flying, so we have a DS, a few books... all of which supposedly we're not allowed to carry now. The biggest worry for us is his laptop. The idea of putting a laptop worth 1500 in the baggage is one that makes me more than nauseous. So will be giving it a week or two before calling the airline to see what we can do. Any suggestions will be gratefully recieved.
