Hmmm, mine was while working in the city a few years ago. We had an e-card sent out from our boss to all the staff. It had a link to the site so we could send our own cards to whoever.
I happily sat at my desk creating a bit of a *naughty* card to send to dh which he received and he also sent me a reply)won't go into details but he posted a pic of a beaver on it).
I thought all was well till my workmates, all 300 of them (and the boss) satrted laughing out loud..........................seems I had sent my card to the ENTIRE COMPANY (here and in South Africa) and dh's reply had done the same...........................................OMG...........I spent the rest of the day in the pubWW Start Weight 18/04/12 = 19st 11lbsWeight today = 17st 6.5lbsLoss to date 32.5lbs!!!0 -

Morning all
... I caught the housework bug at 11:40pm last night and was cleaning and decluttering till 1am
... why do I ALWAYS do this when I have to be up the next day  ... I then had a restless night, dreaming about all the things that could possibly go wrong with my house move  ... Haven't been on since Fri, so was just flicking through the weekend posts ... Hope everybody's feeling welcome now ... Being acknowledged all the time isn't everything ... I often don't get responded to, probably cos like Nelski I'm not exactly "full time" OS ... But the people here are fab
... (Just look how many people wished me a happy birthday, and gave me moral support when I was waiting to hear about the flat!) ... and newbies are always welcome as long as they are friendly and (occasionally) constructive ... Anyway ... Am at w**k today ... Should be a quiet week evenings-wise ... Out tonight, but that's all my firm plans for now ... Having said that, I have a queue of people (my boss, my ex-colleague and my little brother) all of whom are owed "a quick drink sometime soon" ... Am going to stand firm and have at least 3 or 4 evenings at home this week though! ... The laundry situation is a bit dire, and I need to come to terms with the fact that I could be moving house in as little as 5-6 weeks, so I'd better get my *rse in gear ... Well done jockettuk for practically getting your house sold ... Kiwi/tra/ageandjo, you've really brightened up a dull rainy Monday morning
:D ... On a completely random "aside", if you like wearing hold-up stockings, Superdrug currently have black ones reduced to £1.86 a pair (from £2.49, which is half the price of Boots to begin with!) and they are FABULOUS, the toes stood up to a day's wear, and they stayed up without any adjustment for THIRTEEN HOURS, so I went back and bought a few more pairs for future special occasions, and would have bought more if there had been any more in stock! ... Got to go as there's work to be done ... See you later ... Rzl  xx

If this happened to me no-one would bat an eyelid. They would probably think I was a fella.
Not many bargains I'm afraid. I will post a piccy after our tea.I'm hoping my computer will behave and not crash half way through. I'm on DH laptop atm. Bought some maggot bags for tea.
There in the oven.

Morning all! Big :grouphug: to all newbies! I found it a bit difficult to start off with, but say someting constructive, or say thank to someone, or give them a hug, and the acknowlegments will flood in.
Rzl, I've been keeping up with your house story, so a belated congratulations from me!
Queenie, any more eggs? What did you do with them - suppose you'll need lots to make a cake?
Hi, Aussie, good news about your house, too. Yes, we do need pics, we all love nosing around other people's houses. :rotfl:
Tootles, have you mentioned your quilt thread here? Sure lots of us would be interested in your handiwork.
Ageandjo, :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
Kiwi, ooops! Do you still get that cold sweat feeling when you think of it?
Rchddap, how was your time with the girls? Hope you had fun.
Chickadee, your party sounds lots of fun. We'd be pirates too, but DD would still want to be princess! We have a hook that you put over your hand in our dressing up box, if you'd like to borrow it. It's from ELC, if that's easier.
Snowy, are you going to start a new FLC thread? I keep meaning to start reading it, but am completely intimidated (nearly 400 posts last time I looked, several weeks ago    )
Michelle, have a great holiday.
I'm doing the laundry challenge today, than mowing the lawn. I need to plan the uniform shopping list - DS has changed school, and uniform for DD has changed  .
Breakfast - coffee and toast with HM marmalade.
Lunch - beans on toast
Supper - pasta sauce with whatever veg I can fing in the garden; courgette, onion, shallot, tomato, sweetcorn, beans, and...................1 strawberry between 4 of us :T
Have a great one, Penny. x:rudolf: Sheep, pigs, hens and bees on our Teesdale smallholding :rudolf:0
