:hello: Goooooooooood Morning all OS'ers
It's absolutely bucketing down with rain outside but, at least I've done the chicken and the quails, so now I can enjoy my coffee guilt free
AussieLass - hope you managed to get some bargains at the supermarket. It would be great to see your photo's (love photo's!)
Snowy - good luck with FLCHope you managed to get a bit more sleep before work.
ageandjo - ouchieHope you manage to get some anti-b's from your Dentist today, I can empathise on the absess front, not nice at all! Get well soon!! Well done on your clearout though, finding that album must have been a shocker for you
Felt pretty shocked when I found my dh and his x's complete wedding album when I was doing a clear out once, although I think it was the fashion of the time which shocked me more :rotfl:
He said he'd "dealt with it" but last Autumn, I stumbled across it yet again - this time though, it was harder for him because his brother and father had died a couple of years ago (within 6wks of one another) and, naturally, they were in many of those photo's and it does tend to take on a difference significance then.
LTS - cold tea is good for sunburn, dabbed on, takes the sting out
rchddap1 - your post made me chuckle, teens do have their uses sometimes  Good to know you are sleeping well and all is well with bean
twink - good luck with your painting and decorating today. Well done on your lopping
cat - have you made plans for your two weeks off?
kiwi - hope the kids are all feeling much better
I'm making a strawberry teabread in the BM today because youngest was miffed that the previous one I made wasn't for him  D12yo is keen to make some meals during their holidays, so some coaching sessions will need to be planned.
If the weather doesn't clear up, we'll spend some time doing crafts, and if it does clear up, we'll be out and about!
B: Yogurt and fruit
L: Hummum, pitta's and side saladPasta bolognaise with salad.
Have a wonderful day and ((hugs)) to those who need them

Something really scary just happened, sitting on the loo having a wee and the biggest grasshopper I have ever seen fell on top of my head:eek:   Needless to say I nearly s*** myself and ran out of the toilet starkers screaming as it wouldnt come out of my hair:eek:     I ran round the bungalow with two dogs staring at me:rolleyes: into the front room where the postman was walking past my window (yes I had taken down my net curtains to wash them) gawd I am so embarassed:o
 makes a mental note not to go out at this time of day untill the postman has been and gone:o0 -
LOL!!! I was just about to post when the screen updated and your last post appeared! OMG that is so funny. I can just imagine it! You are so funny. That has brightened my morning!
I need to do flylady too so I'll join you all on the flylady challenge.
My other challenge is to get four(!) fancy dress outfits sorted out. Pirates & princesses, so I think we'll all be pirates, much more fun! That means a trip to Toys R Us for eye patches and suchlike and a visit to the market to pick up some fabric, then an afternoon of sewing. I think I'll just do waistcoats, bandanas and maybe some hats if the are reasonable in TRU. I'm sure we can sort out stripey t-shirts and trousers of some description!
It looks like the sun is shining again today so I'll be in the garden doing some tidying up and stuff later. I was trying to lose some weight and was feeling chuffed with my progress, then I went to Wales for my birthday weekend with my partner and we had some really nice meals. Nothing ridiculous and I didn't have puds, but the portions are much bigger than usual so all my hard work is undone.
Have a great day all!

Morning. I bet the postman has eyes on stalks for the rest of the day now!
Today is my first childminding free day. So, I'm going to take the little fella to a place called small monsters, it a very small soft play center that he loves. Then, I'll pop in to see my parents, just in time for lunch!
This afternoon, he will probably have a nap so I guess I should join in the flylady challenge.Member 105 of 1% at a time - 23/100 :j0 -
I was reading through this mornings thread wondering what to say, when all of a sudden, ageandjo's post appeared!
I am no longer capable of posting anything sensible until I have stopped laughing.
Probably I have something planned today, but not sure what...........
see you later!!!
edited to correct mistakes made whilst still incapable of typing!0 -

What is the most embarrassing thing everyone else has done? I think mine was taking a jumper off in the middle an an air show crowd but took my T shirt off with it by mistake and I was bra-less! Oh, the shame!Member 105 of 1% at a time - 23/100 :j0

Either - but, from experience, dab on with some cotton wool - bit messy if the teabag breaks
