Would never have known you could replace a lost one! Mine, at the moment because it's all new and shiny, lives in its drawstring bag between uses. Maybe OTT but it's the only one I have and I'm determined to keep it nice!!:D :o

I have had one or two expensive bags before, but nothing this recognisable. DH keeps saying "shouldn't you take that little dog off. Isn't it a bit childish, superfluous?" Yeah in your dreams matey!:rotfl:
I'm on my third Radley bag, I love them, but I'm a 'one bag fits all' girl, so I use it everywhere. With both No.1 and 2, I lost the dog within a couple of weeks, but the nice ladies at JL gave me a new dog after the first, but wouldn't with the second - was told to look on eBay. :(

I now keep No.3 Radley safely tucked away in my bag! :D

You can't help but treasure them, because they come so nicely packaged in the draw string bag with the 'cleaning kit' too. :o

I do usually just use a bag to death, but for some reason I have 3 black bags at the mo including the Radley, and a really dark brown one I needed for a "special" do ( went with the outfit, real bargain, reduced from £39.99 to £12.50, little local shop!) and a rather nice cream one from last summer so am alternating them a bit.

Dorry that was a lovely post and sorry to have just quoted just a little bit but I totally agree. I liketo think nobody on OS is malicious and if they are well more fool them (and anyway we have moggins and twink as bouncers)

I must admit I tend to get ignored most of the time (even by by the "bosses" SG:D and yes i know what you mean:rolleyes: ) but I put that down to the fact I am probably not posting anything worth picking up that day:D - which I guess for me is most of the time:rotfl: I am not the greatest OSer - I dont have chickens, I dont have a breadmaker, I eat out a lot to save cooking:o , I spend far too much on handbags and shoes, I do however have a slow cooker and have picked up loads of little tips on this board that have helped me in my hectic life but more importantly I have made some lovely friends on here:A

Stick with it its worth the effort even if it does take a while:rotfl:

BTW any OS tips for turning blue hair to a nice normal brunette? (now watch me be ignored!!!)

love and hugs and remember its only a chat forum afterall

OOOH - i'd love a radley bag. :j My kittens love them too (i guess because of the dangly dog tag) and i have to look on in horror as they attack visitors handbags. Well i do warn them first but i would hate to think i had to replace one. ;)

I have followed all of your instructions and sat down. I've been reading the contented baby by gina ford - scary stuff. I'm actually going to have a baby to deal with in a couple of months. Although i can't wait to leave work.

I'm shocked that people have not felt welcome on here today. I have never perceived the daily thread as being cliquey or unfriendly. Heck, i've always been made to feel welcome since day one, and everyone has provided support when i've been having problems.

I think the key to being included, is be friendly, and respond to posts as you have something to say. I don't think anyone could manage to reply to everyone elses posts on one particular day as it would get a bit silly, and then you obviously get certain people with slightly more in common because of the job they do, or something they are doing.

Certainly no-one has any objection to new people posting, and if people haven't posted for a while.

Hope we can be as normal now, as i hate it when people bicker on threads. Some are terrible, and i hate to read it. Heck, real life can be depressing enough and here is a peaceful break.

Will be off now, as DH will be in soon and I'll need to sort out his tea. Night.

    Michelle xx
