The one I buy is the value range, 39p and lasts me for three mornings, but the fresh is probably much better for you...8 for £2 sounds like a good bargain.:T

Michelle - dont worry, yes, ive had email scams from ebay twice, and now this one re childminding!!!! Luckily ive noticed them as scams before they have gone too far, but it is quite scary tho!!!!
Had Northumbria police on the phone earlier, asking for more info re the scam, looks like someone up there has had something similar (but asked for bank details, not to cash a cheque) so they wanted to know what had appened to me, and to advise me to contact my local police, as well as the fraud squad at the met!!! So off we went, down to our local police, and they took the details, rang Northumbria, and then ripped it back up!!!! Said as a crime hadnt been commited (ive stopped that) then they didnt need to know!!!! Oh well, i tried!!!
Right, going to finish my glass of wine, children are playing outside at the moment, so i have half an hours peace, lovely!!!
Have a great evening
Take care xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx0 -

Evening all. Dgs went home a couple of hours ago and I thought I'd have half an hour before DH got home to browse round here. Typical, he rang straight away to be picked up from the station!! An early finish to surprise me, oh well:D
Mrsmortenharket can I ask how old your DS is? Only 'cos DS and DIL want to take DGS to see Cars and he's not quite 3, never been to cinema before. Had a passion for cars since he could get one in his fist!!
Smashing Blouse Well done on sorting your Nan's house, that was some haul for the charity shops!!:rotfl: Fingers crossed for an easy house sale, you deserve some luck.
Shez by the time I got to wave back across the water you'd have gone home, but I did anyway!!:D
Kazonline thanks for your support, yeah I'm sure I will to get to the H/W eventually!!:o :rotfl: It's not as if it's going anywhere, mores the pity!! Just sits there waiting for me. Really I have a fairly ( no make that very ) relaxed attitude to it, had to develop that with 4 boys and all their friends invading me. It may be CHAOS but unlike Flylady anyone's welcome!! If you've come to see me we can always move some rubbish so you can sit down, and if you've come to see my house well you'll have plenty to talk about!!!!:rotfl:
Glad you took some time out from the garden today, you certainly deserved an extended break! I'm only surprised you haven't got blisters on your blisters!!:rotfl:
catowen nothing to worry about I'm sure, but well done to you.:T Feel proud of yourself that many people who wouldn't have been so astute as you will now be aware of a potential money-laundering scam, and won't get caught up in something that could've made their lives hell for months!:D
Dory Happy Anniversary!Hope you enjoyed Nandos, my son's all love it there, I've never been
moggins wow, what a result!! Just don't expect it too often:rotfl: :rotfl: Enjoy as a one-off and you won't be disappointed:D
Well I'm off now for a well-earned dinner then maybe a browse round here!

Evening all (especially Churchmouse as I can see you're still online
)
Well DH and I did not do as planned, house still looks like a tip ... but we've had a curry (takeaway, sorry) and some wine. We were planning on chicken breasts stuffed with thyme butter wrapped in bacon done with a cheese sauce ... pity DH got chicken CHUNKS out of the freezer then !!!
So, ironing is done, washing is done, our bed is made ... bathroom is soaking in vinegar LIBERALLY and the rest can wait until morning. Although I may ask DH to do the bleach run before coming to bed (am already tucked up with glass of wine and laptop, whilst DH is hunting through the house for something which made a big banging noise .. s'ok I sent him off with a torch for protection :rotfl: )
Right ... time to figure out the mortgage free wannabe .. when in reality I should be reading the o/d free wannabeGC - March 2024 -0 -

Hi Purple princess and everyone else.
Finally plucked up courage to post on your daily thread, hope you don't mind.
Will be taking DD to horseriding at 8am, she will stay for the day at the stables helping out after lesson, giving me some peace. Need to do some major decluttering around place, which is a work in progress at moment. Plans for today - decluttering, making big batch of HM veg soup, starting new batch of yoghurt, put BM on.
Hope everyone has a good day.
