Morning Kyle and all that follow:hello:

Had such a busy week this week I feel shattered and generally bleughh!
Bought some Pharmaton tablets from boots yesterday, no idea if they will work though, anyone tried them:confused: ?
Made some rock cakes and cheese straws last night both turned out okish but not fab.
Went to see bank yesterday as I am switching over bank accounts and set up a savings account for bits n pieces that we need.
Worrying about my sister who lives in Oz she is not getting on with her husband at the mo as he is being really nasty to her ie not letting her sleep poking her keeping her awake:mad: the other day he even played dead and she dialed 000 then he woke up:confused: I feel so helpless she is so far away:confused::confused:
Hope everyone is well and is looking forward to the bank holiday, what are you all up to?

    Morning Kyle and Churchmouse

:grouphug: to everyone today as its a Bank Holiday Friday :D:D

Like Churchmouse am just about to hit the gym - for a swim only this morning.

Started the first of my draught excluders last night - looking good :) and its cleared one space in the wardrobe as using an old pair of cords!!

Nothing much planned today, just w**k and then I really must visit Mr T's for a few little bits.

Reviewed the budget last night and need to tighten the belt this month, so am planning to be a cash girlie so when its gone its gone :D

Have a wonderfull day and a great Bank Holiday weekend and here's another :grouphug: if you have to w**k over it

    Bye

If he keeps playing dead I would be sorely tempted to discuss loudly the idea of cremation or burial!!!!

Could you post her the links to black saturn's site on emotional abuse?

Do not know what has happened - I keep getting up early - hanging washing out - emptying dishwasher etc! Think the idea of a new house is preying on my mind!

Made DH pea and ham soup in the slow cooker so he is a happy bunny!

As we have had quite a few meals out recently , birthdays, wedding, funeral, takeaway as house was being viewed etc. I made a salad and piri piri chicken last night and everyone enjoyed it.

Had a phone call from DH's cousin - his uncle has just died in a hospice of bone cancer.

Managed to clear Dad's flat of the medical and nursing equipment and returned them so they can be used. Took some of his clothes to the cancer charity shop.

Also got house valued and started enquiries about selling my Dad's flat.

Meals today will probably be some form of salad with garlic bread.

Big hugs to anybody having a bad day.

    Good Morning All

Kyle - for meatballs I just add cooked chopped onions (once cooled) a little garlic and a beaten egg to bind and some hm breadcrumbs - cant give you amounts as I just make it to the right consistency shape into balls then chill for a while. Then I brown them all over and either add to gravy and cook in the oven for 20 mins or so or a tomatoe sauce and cook on the hob. Re Florida I am hoping to go again Jan 2008 I darent look at the brochures yet and really need to tweak the budget and start saving.

Churchmouse and Amanda666 - enjoy the gym! You are both very good.

    ((((Ageandjo))))

Tiredmum - Good Luck at the interview

Elona - wish I was as organized as you.

Just sitting here finishing my tea and its freezing, but the good news is it looks dry and sunny here:j . Just going to do a little internet banking then will clean kitchen windows and blinds ( an unpleasant job) as didnt get round to it yesterday then will finish ironing in front of telly. Just need to throw the hoover around a bit as well, house is still lovely and clean from mammouth housework session on wednesday.

When OH gets up later will go to Asda for a large shop for the party tomm then hopefully time to sit down later and watch Perfect Housewife which I taped last night.

Hope you all have a great day.

Good Morning also to Squishy and Twink and all else to follow.

    Morning All

Up too early today. Back on early shifts so the alarm goes at 4am:eek:

I believe it's another QVC Christmas today so must make sure I get home in time to control my mother!!!!

Really hungry this morning even though I've eaten. Managed a good shop in Tesco last night. Only bought what I had coupons for, plus a double points coupon and some bogofs for the freezer. Think I saved around £6. Plus I managed 4 green clubcard points:T I'm keeping a tally of these to see how many I get now.

Withdrew £10 from my internet earnings account. Been paid by Quickwise so thought I'd hoike it out to be safe!! Waiting for Ciao to put the money they owe me in there. But they say that takes around 6 weeks.

Hugs to all who need them
