Hardup_Hester wrote:Hi all
It's fortunate we don't have cameras on land lines as I am 54, 4'11 & size 16/18 & am usually dressed for comfort rather than speed.
As for being tongue-tied yes it happens sometimes, but I find a bit of huffing & puffing a few ooohs & ahhhs give me chance to think of what to say next.
After 25 years married to someone who's idea of foreplay was to say, 'You ready, I've been downloading !!!!!!' ( my ex) I find most of the guys easy to chat too.
I do have to send hubby in to another room if I take a call & he gets hysterical & has been known to end up crying with laughter at the sight & sound of me sat in my wyncette jammies, knitting away on a scarf & heavy breathing.

I get paid directly into my bank account, fortnightly. The pay is 5p per minute but it can be difficult to get the guys to stay on the line for even two mins. I log on for 3 or 4 hours a day, but only get maybe 8 to 10 calls of between 1 to 3 minutes duration. I'm lucky as apart from hubby laughing I don't have to worry about kids etc. I used to make about £25 to £40 per fortnight.
Hope this helps
Hester

Hi everyone.
Been a busy girl again today. All ironing done, cleaning, stew in SC (just added dumplings), made a loaf and now have chocolate orange cake in BM - smells yum but don't think that or the dumplings will help my diet
HH - well done you on the call line thing. I reckon I would be ok typing online stuff but over the phone would be tongue tied I think (would have to be half cut and would then probably burst out laughing). But hey like the idea of hours to suit, could deffo do with something like that even if just a couple of hours in the evening.
Hope everyone else is ok and having a good day.
Just had the house valued as want to sell and rent my parents bungalow for a couple of years with a view to moving over to spain in the future - sooner the better while the kids are so little really.
Oh well kids finishing off there paintings so best go clear up again.0 -

Hi all, checked lo this morning and his bloods was fine:j the dr said to keep an eye on him though, so relieved as it would be awful for him to have diabetes, it was bad enougn when ds1 was diagnosed when he was 2!
Dr said it could be a habit that he has started with the juice so i am starting to give him water through the day to see if that helps.
Hugs to everyone who needs some.
Hardup hester well done on your job:T i always thought that chatlines were well paid! hope you have fun;)0 -

I havent had time to read through it all asAm supposed to be mega busy.
Big hugs to Kiwi and ds, my dp has also been known to smack the kids And I hate him for it, luckily a lot less, now He knows about my dad.
Hester :rotfl: You are a braver woman than me:rotfl:
Today I have painted the entire kitchen all by myself :j :j :j :j while looking after the kids, so am dead chuffed with myself, but am covered in paint:rotfl:
I need to tidy the lounge and upstairs still as the kids have been rampaging all day.
My dd 3yo is deffinately adhd, so I am looking for alternative treaments for it, other than the usual ritalin, she already has a very good natural diet, so very little can be changed there, but I am sure I will find something other than meds.
I am shattered, ended up falling asllep on the sofa last night, and thats where I stayed until 7 this morning:o
Right must go and get the house sorted, before I fall asleep, hugs to all

Hasn't been my turn for weeks! I did have a windfall in June though with me getting £10 and the syndicate getting 4 numbers on the same night! But before that I hadn't won a penny for 3 1/2 years!!
