Morning All!!
Can't do personal hellos to all this morning as boss is back in and have a lot to do. But ((((hugs)))) to Kiwichick and her DS. Personally I am not anti smacking BUT I do feel it should be done as a last resort and in a calm controlled manner. I agree with Lilibet that he should apologise to DS, it would be good for both of them.
Am tired today, cannot wait for BB to finish as I really shouldn't stay up later than 10 and it's making me stay up!!
Was due to have a night off last night as it was last night DH is home before Saturday but ended up cleaning the bathroom instead. Went to Asdas yesterday after work and did rather well, got pizzas reduced to 50p each, sirloin steak reduced to £2.50 and several pretty tops for DD that I almost bought last week but decided they were a bit pricey - they were reduced to between £1.00 and £1.50 each yesterday, she's wearing one today and looks lovely, which is more than I can say for her behaviour!! DH and I have taken to calling her "Nikki" as she is just like Nikki in BB. This morning she whined constantly until I took her to the garage door and told her if she didn't stop she could do it in the garage where I didn't have to listen to her.Funnily enough she stopped.
Breakfast : muesli
Lunch: jacket potato & tuna
Dinner: pork chops
Need to update Flybaby but am feeling a bit overwhelmed by all I have to do by weekend particularly as it suddenly seems to have become rather busy. Shopping / swimming Saturday and my parents for lunch Sunday. Parents are off to their house in France next week and I shall be without my lovely mum for two months, hopefully we'll get out in October to see them but I do hate not having her around, bit selfish I know.
Have a wonderful day all!!

Right that it. I'm going to strangle my 17 year old step-daughter. She's officially on borrowed time until we see her this weekend. She gets her AS Level results today. She needs certain grades to get through to the course that she wants to do (decided A'Levels is not the direction she wants to go in).
Lunch time came....hadn't heard....waited to talk to my partner (her Dad) to find out. She'll have told him of course. Nope...he didn't know either. So he called her fiance / boyfriend. Turns out she's with him and won't get back to the college until later. So she doesn't know the results, and from what my OH said isn't too interested either. In otherwords, she'll pick them up if she can be bothered, but chances are she won't get / find the time.
If she doesn't get on the course she'll probably move in permanently with fiance and his parents, and work for them (for free of course). So desperately want her to be able to be independant if she needs to. AhhhhhBaby Year 1: Oh dear...on the move
Lily contracted Strep B Meningitis Dec 2006  Now seemingly a normal little monster.

Hi Everyone! Hope the PMTers amongst us are a bit calmer today! Sorry kiwichick to hear about your stresses - I hope you and DH are able to talk about the situation soon.
Managed to get through a lot of my ironing last night whilst watching the football, so that was good! Will finish that off tonight hopefully!
The weather still isn't looking too good to be able to put wash on and out on the line, so I think I will have to resort to the clothes horse! Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can dry clothes indoors but keep them smelling fresh, as if they had been washed outside?!
Found a penny on the floor in town yesterday and said the rhyme in my head and hoped for the best on the lottery, but only got 2 numbers! Oh well! At least I have a penny to go into my pot!
