These are the sort of cards I make, DH has been selling them at work and they're doing really well...had loads of orders for specific ages/themes etc and they've all asked that he take them back in this week.

Kaz don't feel guilty about taking a break. The only thing I've found is that if I do fall asleep in the middle of the afternoon I feel terrible for the rest of the day so I try to relax with a project or a good book, otherwise I feel like I have a hangover for hours after sleeping.Organised people are just too lazy to look for things

I'm the other way I'm afraid moggins - when the need to sleep hits I can't think or do anything until I've relented. I make all sorts of stupid mistakes and go around in circles! On the other hand, I don't like giving in as it aggravates the insomnia at night.
Above all I think I need a routine, and perhaps a craft as a hobby. The children are old enough now that I should be able to manage one(routine) for the most part (and I bow with enormous admiration to those who have babies and have a routine). I'm a lot better than I used to be, but I think it's time to take another step up.
Oops - switched my timmer off ages ago... best do another quick fly before I get ready for the meeting!
