    Hey Tara,
Try not to dwell on what hasn't worked, and start off now fresh.
Why are you snacking so much at work? Are you bored of your job, do you not have enough work to do, those sorts of things may need a meeting with your boss to discuss. Could you be hungry as you didn't have time to get a proper breakfast before work?
What are you snacking on? Is there something lower calorie you can munch instead?
Why not throw it out there and you might get some ideas. xx

    I've been Money Tipped!
one could argue that the snaking is the way to go...if you can eat something calorifically correct and graze through the day in stead of lunch...

Well if you only put a pound on that's not bad going. Have you tried batch cooking and freezing portions. I do this as it saves fuel and time but also I have a healthy meal ready to nuke for days when I cba to cook.

I think it's stress tbh, I have a lot of responsibility at work and my boss is horrible.

I'm snacking on quite high cal stuff, I've replaced chocolate with crisps during Lent. I have just had a mango though, so am feeling quite full and that might do me for a while.

    Will post more later.

    Thanks girls

Oh hun, it's not good having a horrible boss. I can see why you want something to cheer you up.
Some pick me up snacks I like are capers, any pickles really and veggie sushi is a real treat for me too. They are my go tos that I know will perk me up without blowing the diet. Are there any things you can think of that you can have on standby.
Actually when I was having a bad time at work I quite often took a ciggie break but as a non smoker went for a little walk outside just to clear my head.

    hi tara,

you're a real encouragement to people on here so i'm going to do the same for you now. Don't be too hard on yourself. The hardest thing with weight-loss is when you don't lose it but don't know why. You know why and can do something about it. Just keep your chin up and start a fresh today!

Hugs from me too-we'll all get there. :d
