WI today for me *drumroll please*

...135.7lbs. :( That means I have put ON 2.5lbs in March and am now almost exactly the same weight as I was when I started this challenge 14 months ago. I feel very down.

Dragon, can you add my starting weight to post #1? Thanks xo

Arhh big ((Hugs)) Tara, try and dodge the easter bunny this weekend ( not easy :rotfl: ) and get out and about!

I have not had the car this week cos DH has had to have it , so have been forced to walk everywhere, even in the rain!!!!! But I did lose a 1lb which i put down to the walking and NOT the dieting, cos I've been eating like mad (TOTM came today :() My weight is up and down like a yoyo this month, i think i've totalled a 3lb loss, which is better than nothing I agree, but It's been very hard.

Dragon can you put 18st 5lb at my starting weight, pretty please?!! :T

Lets hope that April is a better month for us all! :D xx

I'm eating too much and I know it... I'm so annoyed at myself. Disgusted may be too strong a word but - actually, no, disgusted pretty much covers it. :(

    Hi tara,

You're a real encouragement to people on here so I'm going to do the same for you now. Don't be too hard on yourself. The hardest thing with weight-loss is when you don't lose it but don't know why. You know why and can do something about it. Just keep your chin up and start a fresh today!

Hugs from me too-we'll all get there. :D

    good post!

    Welcome onetomany

Thanks both of you. GC77, you are so right - I do know why, and it would be the simplest thing in the world to fix it. I am actually starting to suspect that I am self-sabotaging!!! But why would I do that? TBH, it's worse during the week, I often snack at work (not so bad at weekends and on hols). I must figure out a strategy to nip it in the bud.

Anyway, immediate concern - wedding!!! I have so got to fit into that dress. I haven't been *too* bad this week, but I've been pretty bad. I am going to make a determined effort this weekend to do better - plenty of fruit and veg, and some walking too. I will be so pleased on Tuesday if I can actually manage to fit comfortably into the dress! I don't have a backup dress either, so it's this one or nothing! Probably just as well - I need a bit of pressure.

    Sorry for the ramble. blush.gif
