Hi all!
Please can you sign me up again this month, Dragon? After my initial month of big weight-loss, I'd be more than happy with a 7lb loss in April (and May, and June, and July....:rotfl::o)
Thanks again Dragon for these threads-just what I need to spur me on (oh, and the thought of standing next to 4 gorgeous slim girlies when I'm bridesmaid next April! :rotfl:)
Good luck and positive vibes to everyone!

Weighed in this morning at 11st 12lb (6lbs heavier than I was at the beginning of March and the heaviest I've been for around 4 years) so that's my start weight for the month *sigh*.
I am a massive fan of chocolate so Easter is going to be really hard for me, every year I dread it coming around because I just know I'm going to end up overeating. Any tips for chocolate-dodging would be appreciated0 -
Right since it's April tomorrow then it looks like it's time to divulge my start weight so 10st6lbs at present, not gonna go too mad since I'm still really struggling with not smoking (just started my 3rd week) and am still substituting cigarettes for chocolate  (which surprisingly I didn't even like before giving up smoking!) will aim for 4lbs this month but if I just stay the same I will be fairly happy since in the past I have put on tons in my attempts to become a non smoker.Best of luck all and here is to a carrot stick crunchingly brilliant April! :rotfl:The secret to creativity is knowing how to hide your sources.

Hi all
Thanks for the new thread Dragon - fab title.
Was a bit MIA in March to be honest I was feeling a bit down about my weight and just could not get motivated no matter how hard I tried. Anyway would like to aim for 7lbs this month. Have started listening to my CDs again and will reread my book. Now the lighter evenings are here I do feel like doing some more exercise.
Will weigh in tomorrow morning and get my starting weight for this month.
Good luck all.0 -
Count me in again please Dragon. I'd like to go for 4 pounds again.
Good Luck everyone.
