You are such an amazing person to have gone through all you have so rant away all you want. I may not be able to offer you any constructive advice as I havent been in your situation but am hear to listen whenever you want. Sound like you have a good Doctor too :). Good luck with the ebay stuff and get that Wii out!!! xxx
  • Thanks LB :A

Just a quick update the items on ebay now have 4 watchers and its not due to finish until Sunday. Hopefully it will bring in some much needed money but will be going to the solicitors.

I received a bonus at christmas which I still haven't spent it was £300, my OH thinks that I should treat myself as it was money that I never had and might as well get something that I really want....the only trouble is that I am not a person that just WANTS things just for the sake of having something....

So I can either save it or it can go towards paying a debt off....any suggestions anyone ???:)

BF you are doing so well, I'm glad your doctor has recognised this,
I think you should do whatever makes you feel happy with you bonus, have you thought about half on the debt and half on something you want/need
or perhaps wait until you have made a choice about the house and then see if there is anything you need

    Lots of hugs xx

  • hi everyone

Was at a conference yesterday so didn't have chance to log in etc...but I have some good news for a change

!!!!!!'s solicitor has been in touch and they confirmed that they had written to the Land Registry taking off the charge letter dated 7th March..... :j, although I have a sneaky suspicion that my solicitor knew of the house not selling on Monday but as this was the date that they confirmed that it had been done she kinda let them go ahead with it anyways....:T

My sols has also told them that whilst I don't agree with his allegations I will sign the paperwork just so that we can proceed with the divorce so should get them filed at court shortly and then how long does it take?? does anyone know??? Want to get my party organised :rotfl::rotfl::beer: :T:T:T lol

Have met with the secondment's big boss.....scary stuff...asked me what was new? and I told him and he said 'we can't have that!!' told him that I would be made redundant and he is going to speak to head of department....sooooooo fingers crossed big time.....!!! He asked what I would do then? I said that I would be made redundant....:( he agreed it was a very much needed service and would look into it further...and believe me if he can't get it done then no-one can....:A

I have also decided to go for one of the cash home buyers just to see what they would offer...that way if its too low we can rule it out...but won't spend the rest of the time thinking what if???

Was telling a work collegue of this and have said that it is either I move back in and my OH covers all bills if I lose job. Or I live in rented place and OH covers all bills but then house would get repossessed...and I would lose everything....:(

Work colleague has said that he will rent it off me for £500 a month which will cover the mortgage.....:j:j

  • Also got some good news and some really good news from my divorce solicitor, she rang me at tea-time to say that the !!!!!! no longer has a claim over my house and that she had confirmation from the land registry that it has now been taken off :j:j:j

    and the second thing....

Is that he has agreed to a clean break agreement so that means he is not going to pursue any monetary claims against me :j:j:j

She added that she thought that it was too good to leave it until after the weekend :A :)

Plus c*appy estate agents have rang and said that they have a FTB that wants to view the house on Monday.....have decided that I am not taking any less than £85k for it as I looked on Zoopla (courtesy of :money:) and its valued at £112k, so if she wants it for £85k then good but if she don't am going to rent it out to work colleague as I can now do what the hell I like with my own house now that scroaty !!!!!! F**kwit soon to be ex husband has got his grubby little hands off my house!!!!!!!:beer::beer:
