    Well done Sammy_girl.:j

My running felt great this morning but now my legs feel like they have the flu...serves me right I suppose.:o

Don't worry completelylost we've all had those days.

mumto2 this morning when I ran it was sometimes only 3.5miles an hour, as I was trying to keep in zone 2 of my heart monitor. I figure that it is important to build up stamina and the speed can come later. Lets face it at the start we could not even run for one minute at any speed so anything is an improvement.

Drea still waiting for your report.;)

Kentish, im so sorry to hear your news. I will be thinking of you x

I cant believe those of you running 30 mins and more...you certinally have my admiration. Well, i rant my W1R3 today and dont wish to push my luck but think it was slightly easier...not much but the first three 60 sec runs were definately easier and it didnt take me as long to recover at the finish. Still not sure i'll manage the 90 second runs this week but i'll try it first. If not i might re do the first week x

Hi all, just wanted to say I'm disappearing for a while but hope to be back. Just discovered my Mum has secondary cancer and only a few weeks left so I'm going to go and be with her.

I might get some running done - it's good for clearing the head.

    Good luck to you all!

So sorry to hear your news, thinking of you.
Today I have finished week 9 run 3:j
In fact I ran for 50 minutes non stop to well and truly put it to bed!
It was very slow. I wore my heart monitor and I had to try and keep in zone 2 which meant it was slow but to make up for this I carried on and on and on. My legs ache now but it feels good. I have just got to increase my speed now.
Sammy_girl and Drea I look forward to your reports later:D

    WELL DONE!!!!!!!!!!!! :j:j

Sooo I haven't ran today. But now feeling a bit more motivated so think I might let my food settle then go out later. Really don't think I'll be much use but I can only try :)
Just because you made a mistake doesn't mean you are a mistake.

Drea - Only go if you're feeling well enough. You know you need to be in the right frame of mind! Good luck if you do go :)

I've been looking for some straightforward 5k to 10k training plans and have found this. Still looks scary though lol:
