Kentishdoris, I agree with u01jet4 too, I have decided to at least try each week and if I can't manage then go back...I surprised myself so I am sure you will too
Weather has turned nasty here today, not too cold but miserable and rainy, my next run is tomorrow but I am determined to go out even if it is raining....I will be at my Mums this weekend but dh has planned me a nice route to do for my run there on Sunday
Mumto2 I had to run on one of my wk 2 ones with no music as it had all disapeared from my ipod and I just had to carry on and sort it after, it was really weird!! well done on getting out, we are all bound to have off days where we don't feel like it, but great you got out there anyway xStarting with Avon C6 target sales £150.000 -
I want to go running!!!!! Although my voice is slowly coming back, I have now got a cough and I think fever is slowly starting to creep up...
I am annoyed with my body playing these tricks on me - I needed to lose 1.5-2 kg by June 7th, but haven't lost anything in a week, as no exercise and barely could do anything!Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0 -

Any one on week 3 I have found the first 90 sec run really hard but was ok with the three mins bizarre anyone else found the first run hard and have any suggestions?:happyhear YUMMY MUMMY TO HENRY BEAR AGED 10:happyhearslimming world need to get back to target 25lb to goDisney World here we come May 2018:j0 -
Week 4, run 2 done! I'm finding Week 4 very hard - its the 5 minute runs followed by the short walk. It is taking me about 2 hours for my face to calm down from puce - at least it is saving me on blusher!:rotfl:
Well done all of us newbies - I find all of the runs hard but feel so much better when I have finished. Still can't imagine running for longer than 5 mins but will keep plodding on.:)

hi cookiemum, well done, i'm all geared up to do the same run but i've lost my ipod. i think i left in the back of a taxi this morning:mad: and the taxi man cant find it, so it's probably been stolen:(
i'm going to try it with a stop watch but i think it will be very boring without the music and robert to keep me company.LBM 04/10:j

Busiscoming- I am at the same point as you having completed w5r2 this afternoon. Was away for the weekend so hadn't run since last Thursday and thought I would hit thebrick wall today and have to skip back a bit, so I am very pleased that didn't happen. Hoping to attempt run 3 on Friday. How about you?

I intend to do run 3 on Saturday morning, can't understand why W5 R1&2 seemed so much easier than the previous weeks! I am quite looking forward to running in one block (might change my mind when Ive tried it! lol!)
Let me know how you get on.0 -

Hi everyone...
Well i ccompleted i W1R2 tonight and i dont think i found it any easier than R1. The first couple of reps may have been a teeny bit easier but the rest still killed me. I dont run with an Ipod, tho i do have one. I never use it. Do you think it will be easier?
Took my DD who said she couldnt run but she found it a doddle compared to me.
Have thoses of you who started this done so to get fit, loose weight or both? I just wondered if im finding so hard as im quite heavy. Im 5'7'' and 13 st!!DS Anthony Steven 07.06.92DD Becky Emma 24.01.94DD Rose Grace Jean 12.05.090 -
Both getting fit and losing weight for me, I'm heavier than you and shorter, its hard but just keep going :-)Never let your sucesses go to your head and never let your failures go to your heart.:beer:0

I am doing it to get fit and tone up. Must be getting fitter already but not feeling anymore toned and haven't lost much weight at all. Probably could improve what I am eating quite a bit though! Although I got a new job and will be starting 9-5s soon which should help. Just now I work 11-7 in a shop and there is no catering later so dinner is usually crisps and chocolate:o0
