Thanks all, my leg feels okay today. Not sure why it happened :(

The 28 minute runs are really intimidating me, persuading myself to go out and do it isn't easy now.

Glad your legs are feeling ok.

I feel just the same about hte 28 mins, so frustrating as I'm sure we can do it having got this far. I think it's the sheer length of it with no breaks etc and by now we know our routes so know how many laps/corners etc there are to go.

Come on, girl, we can do this:T. Don't disappear on us.
    Now proud Mumto3 :j

Well done to all you folks talking about running for 20 mins etc!!

I am still trying to finish week4! Have to say I think I would have done it today if it hadn't been for the fact I thought I'd run round the roads today near my home (usually drive to the river), but part of the way I ran took me by the main road which was quite noisy and so when he told me I was halfway through the first 5 min run I thought it had finished!! I only stopped for about 10 secs before I realised my mistake and carried on, but at least I managed the last 5 min run ok. :j:j:j

Week 3 Run 2 finished. Went out at half six and it was a beautiful morning. Had to jog the second 3 minute run verrrry slowly but I did it!:T

Drea- Pleased your legs are ok. You 20 minute plus people are doing great and are what inspire the rest of us to keep going.:)

I know it's all in my head, I'm failing before I start because I don't think I can do it :o

I find during the week really difficult, for some reason I seem to be better at weekends, not so tired I guess. Don't worry, I'll keep going, if I disappear from the thread for any longer than 3 days everyone must PM me and get me told :rotfl:

busiscoming - Well done :T I think we can forgive you those 10 seconds ;)

    A question:

Do any of you run in MBT's, Reebok Easy tones or the Fitflop trainers?

I was looking at the MBT site yesterday and it says you can run in them, just wondered what it was like?
I tried some MBTs on this morning and they felt comfy but one size was too loose and the next size down was a little sung, so I shall try on the others as and when I find them in store.
